Fabulous main channel view from this top floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Minutes away by car or water from shopping, dining, and entertainment. This condo is perfect for two families with over 1200sqft and vaulted ceilings. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private attached bath while the main level guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and is adjacent to the full guest bath. The loft is furnished with one queen bed and twin bunk beds which is perfect for the kids. All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans and Roku TVs. Updates include new HVAC unit, leather living room sofa, new washer/dryer and stainless kitchen appliances. Soak up the sun at the outdoor pool (Open Seasonally from Mid May thru Mid September). There is a 10 x 24 covered boat slip available for additional charge. Gas docks, boat, and PWC rentals are all available in this same cove. Do you need more space for your guests? If so, our family has another unit in Pelican Bay as well. Check availability for our 3 Bedroom/3 Bath with loft, VRBO #2768670.

Enjoyed the stay

Very nice relaxing stay with the wife. Very comfortable and clean stay. Location was great as well for a quick trip down to Ozark Amphitheater to see Willie.

Great Ozarks Getaway Location

Pelican Bay has easy access to multiple restaurants and our preferred cove (Linn Creek) to wakeboard and wakesurf. Property was clean, spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake.

Amazing condo!

Absolutely loved our stay! Great location and the condo had everything we needed for our long weekend. Amazing view and very convenient to shopping, boat rentals and restaurants! Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend.

Great location , beautiful condo, wonderful responsive hosts

We really enjoyed everything about this condo. Very spacious for 3 couples , nice balcony view , boat slip was perfect with nice bumpers , plenty of room to store the trailer . Will definitely return.

Great Stay at a Great Location

The property was as advertised, and in a great location - we'd been at this location before in a different condo, but this condo was a step above...the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive via text. We'll definitely consider this location again if it's available when we need it next year!

Labor Day weekend get away

The hosts were super kind and easy to communicate with. The place was perfect for what we were looking for. We played basketball, and fished a ton! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great for families

Was pleasantly surprised to find the living room couch contained a pull out bed. Plenty of sleeping space for my family and our friends who visited for a night or 2! Looking forward to booking our next stay!

Great Experience

Perfect place to stay for fireworks! Location is great! The stay was cozy , had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing the board games that were provided. The family had all have said the beds were super comfortable.

Great condo in perfect location. Close to everything. Well maintained and had lots of extra touches that made our stay perfect. Plenty of room for our family. Hosts were great when we had questions and their recommendations were perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Space appropriate for a small family vacation.

We have rented this facility several times in previous years. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for future visits. I realize it was out of YOUR control, but we were disappointed that the fireworks were cancelled this year and may not be back in coming years.

We were at the lake for the July 4th weekend as well and were also disappointed that the Margaritaville fireworks, along with several other resorts on the lake, had been cancelled this year due to a local hotel/motel tax controversy/debate. We are glad to hear you enjoyed our condo and its amenities. We hope to have the fireworks, as well as you back next year. Thank you for your repeat business.

Willie nice view, good location, clean and comfy.

This property comfortably accommodated our group of 6. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the peaceful sights of the lake. Easy 20 minute drive to the Ozarks Amphitheater (Willie Nelson concert). Quick access to groceries and restuarants. Our hosts Art and Carrie were very kind and responsive to our questions.

Perfect Location

We were so happy with our stay that we booked an extra night! The condo was just as advertised and location was even better. The owners Art and Carrie were very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. Our boat rental was a short walk away and fishing was amazing for the kids along the docks. The condo was spacious and also offered a grill. Many restaurants and activities are within 10 minutes. This is a great spot to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks!

Fabulous stay, no problems!

No problems! Easy check- in & check out. Our condo had all the things we needed. Comfortable beds, enough room, extra things in case you forgot something for your boat. We used the outdoor community grill & pool. No complaints. Beautiful view of Pelican Bay, & so close to LandShark for fun dining & pool. We used LakeTime RV campground boat launch, super close & EASY launch for our boat. We had a fabulous stay!

Memorable Trip

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to the Lake, and our condo was nothing short of fantastic! It was tastefully decorated, had everything we needed and the views of the lake from the balcony and the master bedroom were amazing. The only down side was the pool wasn't available on Sunday, but that was due to a pump issue and was no,one's fault. We would definitely recommend to family and friends, and hope to visit again some day. Thanks Art, and Carrie!

Very clean and comfortable . Hosts are excellent and responsive . This is our 2nd stay and plan to be back! Love the location and use of the boat slip. Being next to surdyke is a plus to put in our boat.

Good jumping off point for the lake

Had a group of friends get together at the lake for a first time visit. Great location and atmosphere for us to enjoy ourself at the condo, but also close to a lot of venues for fun outside.
