On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and leads over 10 steps and an external stair directly in the porch with lounge. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge and DVD. Dining room You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with WC and window.
Top floor: Bedroom with 4 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Mariánská, 840 mASL. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday properties CSR EZG 064 (5 people), CSR EZG 065 (5 people), and CSR EZG 061 (6 people) are located nearby. Access is via a side road (gravel or rubble). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
