Coastal Farmhouse style at its best. Walk into the open concept living space which expands right out the double wide patio door to the screened in private pool and outdoor kitchen. Master bathroom is a dream with double vanities, a soaking tub and a walk in shower with 3 shower heads! The second full bath also opens up to the pool. Come and work remotely in the office or bring the kids to enjoy the custom built in bunk room. Magazine worthy style but still feels like home.
You are within 2 miles of the Raptor Bay Golf Course, Congo River Mini Golf, Coconut Point Mall and over 35+ restaurants. Bonita Beach is only 8.5 miles away and a trip to the airport will only take you 20 minutes.
Our home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood with neighbors we really like. It is a very safe area. We actually have 2 Sheriff’s that live on our street and a security system you will have access to if you like using it.

Everything and More! Highly Recommend

This house is amazing. The outdoor space alone is worth staying. Very nicely decorated and feels homey. Plenty of space inside, great office for those who need to work. It has everything for the beach; towels, chairs, toys, coolers. Nicole was amazing at communicating after we were there for any questions. Any store you need is 5-15 minutes away. Great restaurants. Thank you Nicole and Scott for your home away from home!

Stylish and gorgeous property in quiet area!

The property had an airy feel in Scandinavian design, well-kept with many areas to relax - perfect for families with both teens and small children. The bunk beds had proper and comfy matresses, House well equipped for activities both in pool and beach. The host was super friendly and helpful with every request! The area is quiet, but quick access to shopping/restaurants at Coconut Point, Miramar outlets in Estero and beaches (recommend the tranquil Barefoot Beach with turtles). Really recommend this house, hoping to return next year! Ps. Beware the pool is not suitable for diving, a slight disappointment at first, but then perfect for ball play for the whole family as both ends of pool with a depth ok to stand and be above water (one end deeper than the other one, though).

Excellent Stay

Fantastic host and place!! I cannot recommend enough. Literally everything you need is there, so no need to go out to the store to go get! The pool and backyard were great! My kids loved the bunk room! We look forward to coming back for another stay!

Amazing property!

We went with our adult daughter. Our son goes to school at FGCU so he was able to come visit and spend time with us. The outdoor patio was fabulous as well as the pool. Very relaxing with all things close. Communication was amazing and home was presented as photos looked.. even better... My only wish is.... that is was available when we go in February :).

Two weeks in Estero

My first impression wasn’t good but the place was very nice inside. I have rented a lot of homes with my wife and ski buddies. I would recommend a few things that could help with overall experience. Number one get garage door openers and if someone takes them you have their credit card. I would put out more lights in back of house. I see a lot ofthe ones that are in line and people string them overhead. I think this would enhanced the pool area. Also I do believe could be cleaned a little better the floor which was very nice it just needed a swifter to go over it. It is difficult to get cleaning people to do if everything perfectly. Over all it was a decent place.

Perfect retreat!

We were in Bonita springs for my son’s hockey tournament. It was a perfect location. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to cook and grill and not have to go out to eat every night. We would definitely come back again!

Great Space In A Great Location

Latitude Adjustment was just what we needed! While we were in town for a wedding and busy with events, we thoroughly enjoyed the house inside and out on our downtime. The outdoor space is lovely and we were sorry we didn’t have more time to use the outdoor kitchen. Great location for anything you could possibly want to do. We shopped, celebrated at the Hyatt Resort, visited the beach, ate at Coconut Jacks, had great Italian and rented jet skis. All in 5 days! Hope to return soon!

Beautiful and Relaxing Escape

From the moment we landed to the moment of our departure Nicole was kind and accommodating. The house is so modern and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the bunk beds and our master suite was large and the bathroom was gorgeous and had everything including a beautiful soaking tub. The pool area was inviting and relaxing. We probably spent a majority of our time out there and I even got some yoga sessions in pool side! The house is located centrally to many dining options and even a mall. It’s also very central to other areas that were great day trips such as Sanibel, Naples and more! We loved our stay and will cherish it! Thank you!

Fabulous!

The luxury of a resort with all the comforts of home! This was our first time renting a home, and I think we have been spoiled during our 3-week stay. Hosts were extremely attentive, the home was perfect, and the location could not have been better. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to visit and stay

Family vacation near beach

Great House

Great house that’s exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed the screened in pool and outdoor kitchen- no mosquitoes to deal with! The house was close to shopping and restaurants as everything you’ll need is on 41. Nicole was easy to get a hold of and helpful. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Family Getaway

My family loved this property! It was set up perfectly for my wife and I, 10 yr old boy and 11 week old daughter! The location is great with large shopping area about a mile away to get your groceries at Target or possibly clothes/supplies you may have forgotten for the family. The food options are endless...we tried Tony Saccos (pizza), First Watch (Breakfast), Coconut Jacks (amazing coconut shrimp by the beach) and Lanstowne Street ( awesome HH Boston themed Pub). Tried the beach one day that had the blue/green water and white sand you see in pictures where my daughter got to dip her toes in the ocean for her first time...but make sure you leave early because parking is limited so we had to circle the lots for a while. And we found a super fun mini golf place called Congo River! The balance of our time was spent relaxing and cooking by the pool and enjoying our family’s time down in FL. We’ll likely book again!!!

From repurposed furniture to furniture we made out of our kids old ATV to the custom bunk beds we built ourselves, every part of our homes is an extension of our imaginations. We share the homes we love with our 3 boys and anyone else who shares in our same love of travel and adventure. Stay with us in the beautiful Upper Pennisula of Michigan or head all the way south to Florida! You’ll get the same feeling when you enter any of our properties.

We wanted a place to escape to when the Minnesota winters get just a little bit too long! We love to grill and this house sold us the moment we saw the outdoor kitchen! Everything after that became an added bonus. We were so lucky to have ended up in Bonita Springs. The neighborhood and neighbors are amazing. We are close to literally everything and the beach..... well who can complain about being 8.5 miles away from Bonita Beach?

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The backyard is completely private with a 6’ privacy fence all the way around it. Then the entire pool, outdoor kitchen and patio are all enclosed in a screened in lanai. You just can’t get enough of the outdoor space at this property. If you enjoy a good shower, the master bath is for you! There are 3 shower heads in the walk in shower. 3!
