The holiday apartment BRA SPR 002 (2 persons) is located in the same house. The holiday apartment is situated on a well-maintained, park-like property with a pond. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. The parking options in front of the property are public "parking bays", which provide parking opportunities.

In summer: Gräbendorfer bathing lake 300 m in the natural bathing area Gräbendorfer See (beach 300 m in the natural bathing area Gräbendorfer See with meadow and sand). There are bathing spots including the shore areas in Laasow. Boat tours with a kayak or canoe in the Spreewald are possible, e.g., in Lübbenau, approximately 23 km away.
