The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1900, was renovated in 2023 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the garden and its sunny waterfront location. The following are available for shared use: children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, terrace and garden furniture. Trampoline, slides. Bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought along. Outdoor storage spaces for sails and boards are available.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Dierhagen (Baltic Sea Resort). The holiday apartment is located on a 2000 sqm open waterfront property with a meadow and trees. The landlord only resides in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
