Sirmione, 69 m above sea level. The bungalow is located in a holiday complex on a garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The following objects are located in the same complex GAR SIR 001 (4 people), GAR SIR 016 (6 people), GAR SIR 009 (6 people). Sirmione is a small town on the southern shore of Lake Garda and at the end of a 4 km long peninsula jutting into the lake. Numerous villas, churches like Santa Maria Maggiore or San Pietro in Mavino, beautiful frescoes, unique arches, and bell towers are just a few reasons to visit the town. The city offers a variety of activities for all ages. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

The swimming pool with whirlpool = The total water surface area is 281 square metres and the height measured from the overflow edge is consistently 1.35 m, while in the whirlpool tub the depth is 0.90 m. Children's pool = it is a pool for children and has a shape with 7 straight sides, with a maximum length of 23.50 metres and a maximum width of 12.00 metres. The total surface area of the tank is 238 square metres and has a minimum depth of 0 ml and a maximum of 0.80 ml.

Lake Garda offers a diverse entertainment programme for all ages, such as mountain biking tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding, or hiking tours. But also free climbing or paragliding are available to holidaymakers.
