Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove, electric cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Prižba. The holiday flat is located on a 1,100 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. In the same house there are holiday flat DAL KOR 046 (2 persons), 2 holiday flats type DAL KOR 002 (5 persons each) and holiday flat DAL KOR 023 (6 persons). Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 70 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
