A Piece of Cake apartment

The apartment is an old renovated family home in the center of the Split.
The apartment is located in the old part of Split called Radunica (Lučac) in a stone house only 5 minutes walk from Diocletian's Palace, and 2 minutes walk from the outdoor market.

Apartment consist of a one-bedroom, spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, kitchen, and living room with two self-made sofas, two smart TVs, a fridge with freezer, and a front patio with a table and chairs.

If you stay in our apartment, you don't need a car!

Lovely private garden

Duje and his parents were great hosts. The apartment was clean and had most things that we required. The only improvement I would suggest would be an oven. Lovely and quiet but really close to amenities.

Literally the best VRBO I have ever stayed in!

“A piece of cake” is an amazing place. Clean, modern, close to what you want, and Duje is an exceptional host. He’s communicative and stocks the place with some food and wine and gives you suggestions for what to do. Can I give 6 stars?

10/10 experience!

Our incredible host Duje greeted us and took the time to explain the property and some highlights of the neighborhood. He was kind enough to have goodies for us (wine, sweets, sandwich ingredients). The apartment is comfortable and sparkling clean!

Great spot to escape busy Split while being in Split!

The owner was probably the most attentive and communicative person we have ever been hosted by. Tons of tips to visit the city are provided by the host. By arrival everything was perfect. It was impossible for us to find anything that we could comment on. Wonderful stay! Thank you

Best VRBO in Split

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s clean, has everything you need and it is just perfection! Our host, Duje was amazing and made you feel at home. There was bread, meats, cheeses and some snacks as well as a bottle of wine. It’s walking distance to anything you want to do. If I ever come back here, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Great apartment located close to everything. Duje was the perfect host. We had to return a car rental and he offered to pick us up at the rental location. He explained everything about the apartment and the area. He even had wine, meats and cheese in the refrigerator for us! This was a wonderful place to stay with about a 2 min walk to everything.

Stay in Split

This was a beautiful apartment and we couldn’t have asked for more. Perfect location, excellent amenities and Duje could not have been more helpful. Our stay was made all the more enjoyable because of the quality of this apartment and the service we received. Thank you so much Duje. Little Gem

This apartment was even better than the pictures. The location was perfect. It was only a five minute walk to the center, yet it felt like we were in the countryside nestled in a quiet old town. Duje was beyond helpful. He had wine water, some cheese and bread, which made all the difference since we arrived so late from the airport. Nothing was missing! I will recommend this place to all my friends and I hope that one day I can come back and stay here.Claudine Phoenix Arizona

Very Nice Place to stay in Split

Everything was in the perfect situation of this temporary home for 3 days. Duje is a very friendly and thorough host, he met us at small boat cruise terminal of Split and took us a short walk to his place near the old town. The apartment is located in his family complex on the ground level with no step needed to get there. The apartment size is perfect for 2 people and provided with some food and wine by the host. Medium size kitchenette with 2 stoves and no oven but was more than adequate for us. It was a very pleasant stay at this apartment.
