We rent an apartment, former attic of 40m2 under the roof, with a good height under the framework, plus its old terrace of 12m² to the south, with a nice view of the rooftops of the small town. It is 2 charming rooms with air conditioning in the city center, on the third and last floor (without elevator) of an old private house, (from the writer raoul Pignol) ..., next to a chapel and on small a quiet square, with two large mulberry trees.
Located in the pedestrian center of Sanary sur mer, 150m from the port and a typical daily market, (voted the most beautiful market in France in 2018). It is a charming apartment, under the roof, style, workshop, high ceiling, and terrace, 12m² to the south very well vegetated (automatic irrigation) and overlooking the city, quiet. Composed of a beautiful bright room with a kitchen area (redone 2022) well equipped; washing machine, dishwasher, induction hobs (2 burners), Nespresso machine, blender, etc...

The whole is very pleasant to live for two, in a small town, with charm, Italian, with many restaurants, attractive shops, entertainment, magical illuminations at Christmas and especially the daily market where you can find the best fish and vegetables of the region.
This typical Provençal village is one of the pearls of the Var coast. Renowned for its small port and its mythical pointed trees, its market under the plane trees, every day, among the most beautiful in France, its 3 small beaches and its cultural heritage, Sanary-sur-mer is a must, an incarnation of the French "dolce vita". A unique atmosphere, marked by the history of the fishermen but also of the diving pioneers of the 30s.
