Enjoy being home @ Fox Creek

Fox Creek is a nice home located between Victor and Driggs in Teton Valley, Idaho. The home has two separate living areas, The upstairs has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, huge living room, kitchen, a deck plus washer, dryer and access to garage parking. These are the only areas offered under this listing unless other arrangements are needed for more guests as there is a full basement with additional space that is sometimes occupied by caretaker but accessed by a separate locked entrance that can also be rented out for larger parties up to 12. Home is located 45 minutes from Jackson Hole and about 15 miles from Grand Targhee Ski resort, as well as minutes from local hiking trails and river floats. The home has been set up to accommodate families with kids or adults of all ages.

This is property is monitored by outdoor security cameras facing entrances of the home. Any digital data collected during a guests stay will be deleted unless needed to review/dispute a house rule violation.

Lots of room! A fun family friendly, inviting vibe. The patio area was outstanding! Close to the Tetons. Our family of five adults were extremely happy with our stay!

Our family stayed here for three nights. We enjoyed the home and the neighborhood. While here, we toured Jackson, Yellowstone, and the Grand Tetons. The home was very clean, well stocked, and spacious. If in the area again, we would return.

Fantastic Stay!

We were so so pleased with our stay at Dory's home. It was a huge space for the price. Because it is her home away from home, the house is stocked with almost anything you could imagine. From spices, flour & sugar, to a doll house our 16month old enjoyed, lots of counter space for food prep, master bathroom, high chair for baby etc. Dory was so generous with her space and offered that would could come early and stay a little later because she didnt have anyone booked immediately after us. If you are considering this home, do it, you wont regret it. Also, the home had really nice bath towels.

Beautiful views with a quaint friendly town

We had such a wonderful stay at Fox Creek! Dory was very responsive and provided us with everything we could possibly need! After a long day of travel from the East Coast, we only needed to stop at the store for our groceries. Our bed was super comfortable, the house was extremely clean and our favorite spot was the deck for morning coffee! We were an hours drive from Jackson and most of Grand Teton parks, but the beautiful scenery made it feel much shorter. The town of Victor was charming with the Thursday night music at the park. It was a fun thing to do as a family. I would highly recommend Fox Creek for families of all ages.

Gateway to the tetons

Excellent house in Victor Idaho, just 45 minutes from Jackson, Wyoming. Great for families with lots of extra amenities.

Terrific Teton Stay

We loved staying at this property! Normally we are more secluded, however the neighborhood was so quiet we almost felt like we were alone in the area. The neighbors were friendly and often waved when we came and went. The host Dory was amazing to work with and the house was so clean. We loved the way the house was set up too. The book to tell us of recommendations was very handy. We liked that we could travel into Victor and Driggs with only a short commute. The blooming peony bushes were a wonderful surprise. A favorite flower. A vase allowed me to bring in a few blooms to brighten the dining table when it was cold and rainy on our first full day and smelled glorious. We curled up on that wonderful sectional couch and put a fire in the wood burning stove to take off the chill. The kitchen had everything we needed and loved the little countertop ice machine. We would definately recommend this property for friends and family to stay. The only improvement would be if the neighborhood would do some pavement repair which is definately at no fault of the host. Thank you for everything Dory. Wishing you the very best.

The location was great with beautiful views all around. Also the owners left everything perfectly prepared with the place spotless as well as extra accommodations such as extra towels, pillows, sheets, etc. Overall it was a great experience and would happily stay again.

Absolutely Perfect!

Dory's home is so cozy and comfortable! I searched a lot of properties and landed on this one due to the size and what I hoped would be good views. This home did not disappoint! The deck was so nice to watch the sunset colors over the mountains and it felt like there was a mountain view from every side of the house. The kitchen and entire house was well stocked. My teens and I fell in love with the area and wished we could have stayed longer than 1 week. We went into GTNP almost every day and it was about 1hr 15min drive but never was a problem given the gorgeous scenery going over the Teton Pass! We also went into Yellowstone as it was not much further away. There is a full size grocery, gas and lots of places to eat very close to the home. If you want a quiet, peaceful property look no further!

Relaxing

Stay was what we needed. Relaxing, a bit of a trial for me with Wi-Fi. Just because I am not experienced with phone and picture capturing. But we got it. Home was clean, beds were great. Location was good but access road needs work. All in all good stay and price was great.

Grandmas house!

Nice enough inside, but the enty steps and railing are in need of repair. The steps are a trip hazard as they are sunken down and uneven and the railing is loose and unstable. The street entering the neighborhood appears to have been bombed out and not repaired...huge pot holes, down right craters! Forced to drive on peoples lawns to avoid them. I understand cameras on the property, but got the feeling we were being watched every time we passed in front of the cameras. One of our friends stepped out to smoke not knowingthat there is no smoking allowed on the property. The carpet in the home is not pulled tight so there are humps everywhere creating many trip hazards on the inside. There is a book case in the hall that narrows the walkway because it is set near these railings in the hall that you will run into if not careful. I think they need to go. They serve no purpose. They were installed for the managers elderly mother I get that, but she not there now so get rid of them. TV set up is not very good with different services that aren't what we are used to. Found the coffee maker in the cupboard and it still had old grounds and filter in it. Had to clean the whole thing before it could be used. Over all the house is fine but in need of some updating. Just okay, nothing special.

Great location

We loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. The house was so pretty and had everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable. Its just a short beautiful drive over Teton Pass to Jackson Hole. Dory is so great and her response time is quick. We will definitely be staying here again.

Would stay again

Great location and beautiful views. Kitchen was fully stocked and the home had plenty of space to relax. Only downside was the thermostats did not all appear to work. Had to light a fire the first morning to warm the house up since the heat in the living room and kitchen did not seem to kick on over night. The house stayed warm after the fire though.

I purchased this home for my mother and I to share with friends and family that would hopefully come to visit. She lived with Parkinson's disease for many years which is why there are what I call ballet bars in the upstairs hall way and other features for those who have similar balance struggles. We loved living here for many years and I am now opening it to others to enjoy. I have put in all new carpet, blinds, dishes, bedding furniture, pillows and mattresses. I hope you have a great stay, I know I love being there.

This home is bright, with beautiful views from nearly every window upstairs and down. There are 2 separate living areas to enjoy just incase you want to escape from other guests or make your own favorite foods. Plenty of sleeping arrangements so bring some friends and enjoy.
