Gorgeous home in Fjerritslev with sauna

The beautiful rustic log cabin is located Kollerup in Han Herred, the land between the North Sea and the Limfjord, where a unique natural and cultural heritage is preserved. Lush hill islands and uplifted seabed with unique wetlands testify to the strong, ice age natural forces millions of years ago. Many of the historical monuments have been preserved, such as churches from the Middle Ages, prehistoric barrows as well as burial mounds and the Viking fortress of Aggersborg, which is considered the largest of the Viking castles known to date. Along the North Sea bays fine sandy beaches and dune chains with protective hollows, where you can sunbathe undisturbed, eat your picnic and play with the children in the sand. From this cottage it is about 3 km to the nearest bathing beach, Kollerup Strand. A beach equipped with playground, ice kiosk and mini golf can be found at Slette Strand 9 km from the house. To the nearest town, the nice trading town of Fjerritslev is only 1 km. At the beautiful market place you can always buy delicious fresh food and with over 70 inviting specialty stores it is fun to stroll around. Fjerritslev also has a golf course, bowling, indoor swimming pool and tennis courts for the active vacationer, not to mention the candy factory, an equestrian center, museums and art workshops. Of course, numerous hiking trails lead you through forests, dune forests and heath as well as horseback riding is fun here.
