Hacienda Estates : Rivera - One of four new homes set in scenic vineyards

Welcome to Hacienda Estates-Rivera, a unique VRBO community of four custom homes set in the center of an extraordinary wine grape vineyard. Centrally located in the Lodi wine appellation and the geographically diverse Jahant sub-appellation, one of the oldest wine grape growing areas of California. The surrounding vineyard is a special clonal selection brought back from Uruguay in 2018, making this the only Tannat planting (the national wine grape of Uruguay) of this clonal selection in the country. Each house is named after its geographically aligned ”department” in Uruguay. You can choose from (SW) Soriano, (NW) Artigas, (NE) Rivera, and (SE) Maldonado.

Known as Rivera, this home is located on the northeast corner of the Estate near the Bocce Ball court, horseshoe pit, and basketball hoop. This beautiful new home is decorated in grey tones with contemporary furnishings and finishes. The Main Bedroom has a north facing window and an En Suite Bathroom. The two other guest bedrooms have north and south facing windows. A pull down Murphy bed, located in the common area of the front entry provides additional sleeping accommodation for two. The great room kitchen and family room is the perfect place for family and friends to gather and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding vineyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware and utensil service for 8 including basic pantry staples as listed in the amenities link. Amenities for children include a portable crib and sheets, highchair, and dishes. There is a private fenced yard and patio with a dining table for al fresco meals off of the great room. The attached two car garage with EV chargers is available for your private use and there are also two additional dedicated parking spaces outside. The home is powered by solar energy. Rivera has a full laundry room with supplies. All bed linens and towels are provided. Starter quantities of soaps and paper goods are provided for you and your guests.

Wonderful retreat in wine country!

We highly recommend this spacious modern home with lots of amenities! Peaceful and quiet with beautiful sunsets. We especially had fun playing volleyball, basketball, corn hole, horse shoes, and bocci ball! We will definitely keep this place in mind for a family reunion utilizing all four homes on the property. Bella was a great host too!

Outstanding and Beautiful Home

We were so pleased with our stay. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We LOVED our welcome gift! The grounds are gorgeous and the view of the vineyards was therapeutic. All in all, it was perfect.

Home Away from Home

We absolutely love our stay at the Hacienda property -this was the 2nd time we've stayed -but this time with extended family who stayed at one of the adjacent homes. We love the property, the vibe, and the beauty of the landscape. Best of all is the home -it feels like our home away from home; it was cozy and immaculate -I can't rave enough about it. I look forward returning next year!

Quiet, Idyllic and Fun - Hacienda Estates

We had a wonderful stay at Rivera - they had thought of everything. The home is spotless and the location idyllic! We really enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and made good use of all of the sporting equipment - table tennis, basketball, bocce, horseshoes. Bella was super responsive and left a delicious local loaf of bread, cured meats and a bottle of wine......thoughtful and delicious. Thanks you Bella!

Thanksgiving week near my daughter

A very new, beautiful house with all the amenities. My daughter lives within a mile and six of us stayed at this house for the Thanksgiving holidays. Admittedly, we didn't spend much time at the house (except one afternoon playing basketball, ping pong, corn hole and bocce ball (all of which are provided). Very highly recommended!

Gorgeous and Accommodating

Property management was very responsive! The space was absolutely beautiful, so clean, and had everything you needed. They included a local bottle of wine, olive oil and balsamic, and some baguettes! The backyard was a beautiful place to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. They also included Cornhole, which was a fun addition! The kitchen is very well stocked, and the rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms had everything you needed and very nice showerheads!

Amazing!!!!

We are still in awe of the care for accommodations that were made at Hacienda Estates! As soon as we drove up we couldn't get over the beauty of the landscaping and views. The home itself was so immaculate and felt right at home for all of us. There was plenty of room for my family and they were so excited to enjoy the activities on the property: bocce ball, basketball, pingpong and horseshoes. I've told my extended family about our stay and now we're already planning our next trip... hopefully we have the ability to rent the whole property to enjoy an extended family reunion. Thank you so much, Bella for your kind attention and care!

Wonderful Stay!

This property is a hidden gem in the Lodi wine region! It’s a beautiful property with the capability to rent all four units (which we did). All the homes are put together perfectly with great appliances/tech and the attention to detail was on point! They have everything you can think of, plus more (things for infants all the way up to the adults). The property has many onsite activities; cornhole, bocce ball, horseshoes, ping pong, volleyball, basketball, board games, and more. Our family never had a dull moment. I’ll finish this up with Bella, our wonderful host, she is the reason this place is great. She makes sure her guests are taken care of and will go above and beyond for anyone, as she did for our family! Thank you for the wonderful stay and we will see you again next year!

Beautiful Gated Property

Our daughter was getting married nearby so we rented all four houses for our out of town guests. Bella was so nice, easy to communicate with and very accommodating with our check in and check out needs. The houses are like a model home! They are so clean and decorated beautifully. Special touches everywhere…from the sweet gifts left for us upon arrival to the fun games inside and outside of every house. This property is a gem!

Hacienda Estates …….. WOW!

Hacienda Estates was such an awesome location to stay at surrounded by vineyards. A group of friends and family came wine tasting to celebrate my wife’s birthday and everyone loved the place. We rented 3 of the four homes. All the homes have a similar floor plans but are decorated slightly different which made it that much more enjoyable. Everything was clean. There’s was plenty of linens and other household items at your disposal. There are games to play such as Cornhole, a ping pong table, bocce ball and horseshoes. They even have a basketball hoop and volleyball court! The sunsets were spectacular! Our host Bella was so awesome. From the beginning she was very accessible and easy to communicate with. She made it all very enjoyable to stay at Hacienda Estates. We will definitely be staying here again!

Bella is probably the most accommodating hostess I've ever worked with. Her friendliness, timeliness, and communication was impeccable. The home is tastefully decorated and has spacious rooms. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood. My boys loved the amenities. If they had a pool it would be the best bang for your buck. It is probably a 15-20 min drive from major stores. The wifi connection worked very well as my husband had to work remotely. The home was clean and any issues we had Bella worked swiftly to resolve. I would stay again as long as Bella is the hostess.

Wedding weekend with wine tasting

We were in town for my cousins wedding. We wanted to be together with family so this was perfect. When we had free time we were able to enjoy some nearby wineries. The houses were fabulous. Activities available so we could hangout and enjoy family. You thought of everything.

Amazing stay - highly recommend!

We stayed in these beautiful homes for our wedding weekend. We had friends stay in all 4 houses and we had the best time! The houses are perfectly situated amongst the vineyards and they have ping pong, bocce ball, house shoes. We BBQed one day and enjoyed being all together. The houses were very clean and new, I highly recommend!

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

From the moment we drove onto the property, we were overwhelmingly impressed. Every detail of the home and property was absolutely perfect. We were greeted with a beautiful box of fresh cupcakes and a bottle of local wine. The furnishings are gorgeous. The back patio overlooking the vineyard was so relaxing. We enjoyed an evening of barbequing and sipping wine. Bella's communication was on point. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Lodi area.

The various community areas included here at Hacienda Estates are also for the enjoyment of all, including the volleyball court, basketball court, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, cornhole, coming soon walking paths in the vineyard.
