I've been staying in Gatlinburg for the last 40 years. This rental has been one of, if not the best I've stayed in. It was very clean, great location, and the most wonderful hosts ever. Joey answered my questions (I had a lot), quickly and so very nice about everything from locking myself out to what kind of coffee maker. I hope to stay here (or one of the others he hosts) for years to come. We saw a mother bear with 2 cubs daily, and another very large bear. We enjoyed the entertainment at the cabin and the peaceful environment. Again, the cleanliness was fantastic.

House was wonderful. Absolutely spotless. Everything worked. Loved the hot tub cover. Much easier than the normal one piece cover. Views are spectacular. We stay in Chalet Village to see the bears and we weren't disappointed. A mom and 2 cubs made several appearances. It's also easy to get to off one of the main entrance roads. Would highly recommend a stay.

Amazing stay for me, my husband, my 70 year old mother and 2 kids, 11 year old boy and 17 year old girl. The place was as beautiful as the picture show... and then some! Even the details like soft bath towels to the cutest bear plates! And...the view...the porches...the hot tub and fire place..and the view! The very short drive up from Gatlinburg was a bit scary with the incline...but worth it when we got there!

First, our host was amazing! Best communication we have had staying at a VRBO property. Check in was a breeze and the cabin was immaculate. Our host took the time to label all of the switches and even had QR codes with videos on how to operate everything! The cabin itself was beyond expectations! The views were breathtaking and the amenities were great! It had all of the comforts of home and was well equipped; it even had a crockpot! The pool table and bar area was an awesome place to hang out, and we had fun shooting darts! On the lower level, I personally had fun playing some Pac man, but we had the best time playing shuffleboard! There were also ton of board games and books. After our hikes, we thoroughly enjoyed the very clean hot tub! It was fun to watch the hummingbirds every morning and evening, off of the deck. We also loved watching all of the bear! The bear walked past the cabin every morning and evening! Be careful and aware, one bear visited the deck just after we were done grilling on the Weber! We have stayed at several VRBO rentals and truly appreciate the hospitality and kindness of our hosts, the Deebs! We highly recommend!
