Krk, 20 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 7 cars) on the property.
