Welcome to our Fantasmic Magical Villa, located within the most sought after Windsor Hills Resort. It is 5 minutes from Disney World Magic Kingdom and 20 minutes from Sea world and Universal Studios.

Our vacation home with no rear neighbors and south facing private splash pool, is recently updated to suit your needs. Some of the updates being fresh bedding, linens and towels, New high efficient A/C unit, New pool heater, updated art work, new curtains, baby safety pool fence, new Keurig coffee maker etc.

This spacious and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome can accommodate a family or group of up to 6 people. Each bedroom comes with a private full bathroom, an open living and dining floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and resort amenities. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and Smart TVs in all the rooms, pack n play, high chair, stroller and games for kids. Explore Orlando and its Magic during the day and relax in your own private screened patio with no rear neighbors or enjoy your very own south facing private splash pool with baby safety pool fence (complimentary pool heat) and get the feel of tropical Florida weather!

Our magical villa has enhanced cleaning protocols in place and has 24/7 security with the video door bell for your safety and a unique key code for a smart lock so you don't have to keep track of the keys during your stay, and is walking distance to the clubhouse where you will enjoy various waterfront activities, kids splash area, hot tub, water slides in Aqua Water Park, movie theater, table tennis, game room, etc.

All guests can enjoy the many resort amenities FREE of charge including access to Windsor Hills Water park featuring dueling water slides, Olympic size lagoon style pool and hot tub, toddler pool, fitness center with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, recreational park with tennis, putting green, volleyball, children's playground, a picnic area, game room, movie theater, ATM and market place & grill. Please note, community pool is closed for maintenance for the month of September 2024. Waterpark will still be open.

Tired - Needs a refresh

This is a great location. We have stayed at Windsor Hills many times. They have a new Keurig, and a new Air Fryer, and seemed well equipped for little ones (we did not use) It was great that the pool was heated, but weather did not allow use. My biggest disappointment was with the linens in the house. Towels were very old and not nice at all. I have rags at home nicer than the washcloth they left for us to use in the master. Sheets were old, thin and not very nice. Comforters were old and frayed and the only blanket on the bed - we had no choice not to use them. It was very cool while we were there and needed the heat. We tried many times to turn it on, but every time that we thought we had it figured out it would turn off again. By the time we decided that the heat did not work, we were ready to leave the next day. Photos in listing are not accurate - has been changes since these were taken.

Short Stay

We loved the splash pool, and location central to many of the things we wanted to do. The large pool was awesome, heated perfectly for the cooler December weather. We had a great time!

Great place!

Clean, convenient and safe. This was a great place for a home base during our Disney soccer weekend. Short drive to Disney, SeaWorld and everything Orlando. The boys loved the pool!

Great private location but needs attention

We had a fantastic week at this unit. It was located on the perimeter of the complex and backed up to green treetops for a really private back porch and pool. It was really quiet all week too considering how dense the complex is. The rooms were as advertised, and we never had a longer drive than 15 minutes to any Disney park. However, the interior really needs attention and a quality cleaning. The floors along the edges and corners had dust bunnies, cobwebs on the ceilings, significant dust/dirt at every HVAC vent, the towel rack in the master bath was missing with a whole in the wall. There was a water stain in the kitchen ceiling with drywall falling onto the floor. Dead bugs in the window sills. The master bed had two depressions where adults have slept for years, was uncomfortable. and really needs to be replaced. There weren’t enough curtains in the master bedroom to cover the windows either. The master bedpost was broken. We tried to do one load of laundry, and the washing machine was broken. With a little TLC the place could be really nice, but we were disappointed with the quality inside especially considering how the owners advertised the cleanliness.

Orlando Getaway

This is my first time using VRBO and this was the perfect property for us! We were looking for a place to unwind and relax but still close to things to do. There was plenty of space for everyone with a bathroom for every bedroom! The private pool was a huge bonus! It was nice to be able to just sit by the pool or cool off whenever you wanted! The community also had their own pool and water park area for kids. The host was very helpful. Checkin and out was easy. If you’re looking for a getaway in Orlando I definitely would recommend this property.

Lovely home!

Lovely home in a gated neighborhood, very nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay! Owners offered us late check out which was very much appreciated. It was easy to communicate with them! Easy drive to Disney and all the parks. Will definitely stay there again!

Quick/Private Stay Close to Disney

Had everything we needed to stay close to the park and attractions. It was nice to be able to cook, get groceries at Walmart on same street and do laundry too. We would come back!

Perfect Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this rental property very much. The owner was very communicative, to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We were out quite a bit visiting Disney and Universal Studio's and didn't really need anything, but it was nice they were available if needed. The home was clean, and facilities were beautiful. It was great having the private pool after a day at the parks or in the evening. Disney and Universal were each about 30 mins away which is normal even if staying at the resort hotels. We were there during the busiest season. So, the travel would have likely been less off season. We all enjoyed our stay and I would definitely return and recommend.

Quick Orlando trip

I have children of all ages and was also traveling with in-laws. The condo was centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go, and lots of wonderful restaurants close by. Having our own pool was even more convenient than we had anticipated and it was kept at the perfect temp! Enjoyed it very much

Excellent location and amenities!

Four of us came for a 5 day stay to visit the parks. Every part of the check in process was easy, no issues at all even at the front desk. We found the unit to be clean and just as advertised. We enjoyed the private pool more than the community pool, just because it was so convenient. Also it was nice because there was no units behind us, so it was as private as could be. One of my original concerns for booking was how close the community slides are to the unit for walking purposes. They were very walkable! The host checked in with us a few times, that was great. Finally the most convenient part, was the location to Disney. We didn’t even have to get on I-4, literally right around the corner and you’re there. Thank you for having us, we will definitely stay here again next time we come to see the Mouse!
