Great rental for our large family group. A few mattresses need replacing, some were brand new and very comfortable. In fact, when we returned home, I purchased a mattress like the one we used in your house. The host was quick to answer our questions and observations. Beautiful views.

This house was amazing and provided everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the appliances are awesome. Everyone in our group was totally impressed not only with the location (Lake WA) but also with how comfortable and inviting the house was for our gathering. The view from the balconies is spectacular. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious. The host was gracious and very responsive to all of our communications. You will certainly be glad if you stay at Bella Vita. We are already starting to plan our next stay at this house.

Beautiful lake view with a large living area was definitely comfortable staying at the house. Although there was a fireplaces but didnā€™t know how to turned it on. No instructions can be found. It would have been better if it worked. Especially the weather was still cold at times.

Terrific Family Reunion

Cheryl was outstanding to work with regarding communication, and the house was perfect for our family. The grandchildren loved staying together in the room with several twin beds. The kitchen has numerous items that made food preparation easy. The deck and view were lovely. We could not have found a better place for our family reunion.

We stayed here while attending a conference in downtown Seattle. The location was perfect to get away from the city and enjoy some great views but close enough that we could explore downtown. The place was goregous and had everything we needed! Cheryl was a great host and super responsive!

We had an incredible stay here! Ot was our large family Cousin Camp and the property was perfect. There was room enough for everyone and we never felt cramped. The open floor plan allowed us to all be in the same space - cooking, playing cards, reading and we could all be together without being on top of each other. The owner responded to minor issues very quickly! Tried to book for same weekend next summer and itā€™s already booked! So, act fast! Sheā€™s a keeper!!
