The house is comfortably furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday in a classic summer house atmosphere. Enjoy the view of nature and the water while sitting together at the dining table, and warm up in front of the wood-burning stove in the cooler seasons while reading a good book or playing fun board games. The house is situated on a beautiful plot with several trees that provide natural shelter from the wind, as well as a west-facing terrace where you can spend many sunny hours.



Balka Beach is just a few steps away, with fine sand and shallow water that invite the whole family to spend relaxing days by the sea. Charming Snogebæk is also not far away, where the smokehouse with its golden herring from dark ovens and the smell of wood smoke is a tempting prospect. Balka Strand starts in Snogebæk, which has numerous shops and restaurants, and ends in Balka with a restaurant, café, mini golf and much more.
