The perfect get away for family and friends looking for a relaxing Florida vacation, close to everything yet with all the comforts of home. Situated in a safe and quiet residential area within 500 feet of the Gulf of Mexico, with streets you can walk and cycle on. This lovely property has undergone extensive remodeling due to hurricane damage. All new flooring, paint and a brand-new kitchen. An in ground pool is awaiting for your use! The pool is heated for an additional weekly cost. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, family room with a 50" smart TV, and outdoor patio with barbecue grill. Located within 5 miles of Robert K Rees Memorial Park , it's a short car ride to beautiful sand beaches, where you will find comfortable facilities, nature trails, barbecues & playgrounds. You are within 5 minutes driving distance to restaurants, grocery, ATM, gas stations, shopping centers. There are 25 golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

New Port Richey has a charming small town feel. Set along the Pithlachascotee River, often called the Cotee river, is beautiful Simm's Park & close by main street with several restaurants, bars & live entertainment. Situated on Florida's west coast New Port Richey is centrally located, approximate 45 min drive from the Tampa International Airport and 1 ½ hour drive from Orlando. Boating and fishing are very popular activities here and boat rentals and fishing licenses can be arranged easily just minutes away. There are many wonderful and varied attractions close by: 15 minutes to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, 35 minutes to Clearwater beach, 35 minutes to Bush Gardens Theme Park, 35 minutes to Weeke Wachee Mermaid Show, and 1.5 hours to Disney World.

It is Beautiful home & had everything you could ever need! Even had an AirFryer!! Close to great restaurants, Sam's Club, Aldi's, grocery stores & things to do. Nice pool area to just sit back & relax. We spent a month there & loved ever minute. Renee (the owner) have us ideas to eat & beaches to find AWESOME shells. Chickie (the property mgr)was very nice & if we had any problems she immediately took care of them. Will be back. Highly recommend...you won't be disappointed. Jeff & Linda

Attention to detail was obvious.

Home was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was nice.

From the moment we opened the front door we were impressed. It smelled and looked so neat and clean. The house had anything you could need. It was a home away from home. Typically when we come to the area we stay at a hotel. This was the best way to go. Great cozy home!

Stunning!

Absolute the best VRBO booking we have ever stayed at in the U.S. Well stocked, exactly as advertised, fantastic home in a very friendly neighborhood. Brand new private new salt water pool in the back yard along with a private beach that is included with the home and dolphins galore. Everything was new or almost new with well appointed furnishings. We will book here again 100%

Beautiful home!

This was a beautiful home! Great location! We enjoyed our stay very much! My only suggestions for the owner would be that it was very warm in the house each day until it cooled off in the evening around 7pm. Having to keep the thermostat at 76 degrees had us feeling quite unpleasant and I found myself sweating a lot while there. Other than that I very much enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful

Beautiful house inside and out. We were visiting family in the NPR area and this house was perfect for us. I booked this property for a week for myself, my Mom and two daughters. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and patio was absolutely beautiful. My daughters spent many hours swimming and loved every minute. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Location was great and close to many restaurants and beaches. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Pool was very warm due to extreme Florida temps. Small pots for cooking large dinner. No extra TP or trash bags. Ice maker did not work. Just minor things. House was very nice.

GRADUATION STAY

SEVERAL SMALL THINGS NEEDED ATTENTION TO THE PROPERTY. BEDROOM DOOR DIDNT CLOSE, BATHROOM DOOR DIDNT CLOSE, CLOTHES DRYER DIDNT DRY CLOTHES IN A TIMELY MATTER. BROKEN LIGHT IN KITCHEN, ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK......AI/C WASNT COOL ENOUGH FOR FLORIDA WEATHER. THEY WANTED IT ON 76

We were very pleased with our stay. The home is very modern, clean, and comfortable. Communication was effortless. Chickie, the property manager was friendly and readily available. The owners have taken the time to create a binder loaded with suggestions for local beaches, bars/nightclubs, theme parks, restaurants, museums, shopping centers, wildlife reserves, cruises, etc. that would appeal to the tastes of every type of traveler. My only suggestion would be to install some handrails at the pool entrance. As someone who has suffered a debilitating knee injury, I needed assistance getting in and out of the pool. The rails would allow someone such as myself to enter and exit the pool safely without the assistance of another person. Aside from this, our stay was definitely 10 out of 10 and we would absolutely stay here again!

Disappointing Listing Inaccuriacies When We Arrived

Unfortunately this is the first time the description of the property was very inaccurate and our dealings with the owner were unpleasant. We arrived on 12/20/2021 & found that the pool that was was to be completed by the end of 12/2021 was no where near completion, no screened in patio as listed & the 500 feet to the Gulf is not really accessible & the grill was in such bad shape that we were told to take it the road for trash. The neighborhood beach & boat ramp that the owner promised we could use is only for homeowners or possibly long term renters & that our almost 2 1/2 month stay did not qualify. The property manager on our paperwork did not return our call so we contacted the owners. When I told her we were upset about the fact that the pool would obviously not be completed in the time frame as promised she said she was upset too, was rude, & never apologized. The solutions suggested for the beach and boat ramp were that we should tell them we are part of her family or that the other beaches that were further away were nicer & to use other ramps. Her reply that we were not told about no screened in patio anymore was "she didn't know it was important to us". The kitchen is definitely not well stocked for cooking. We considered trying to rent another property but decided to make the best of it & the owner now promised the pool would be completed by the first week in January. So for the next @ five weeks we had pool contactors & landscapers in the backyard many days of the week until we were able to use the pool @Jan 22. We bought our own grill & we personally moved old fence panels, pavers & pallets that were laying around from the pool installation. We put together loungers & filled the pool. When we left we cleaned everything so well that there was not one dish to be cleaned or towel to washed. After 2 weeks when I had not received our damage deposit back I contacted the owner & she said we took an air fryer & that the furniture was not how she had left it. She never contacted us about that until I asked for our deposit. She deducted $100 & then returned the rest. I texted what furniture & told her where the air fryer might be stored but they were unwilling to look again or reply about the furniture. We might have left 2 chairs in the wrong place. Upon inspection the new property manager who was nice & easy to deal with said the house looks great & she did not think we took the air fryer! This is our first ever bad review.

We were very transparent with the pool not being completed...contract work is hard to predict unfortunately. We offered a full return and tried to meet all of your needs that we were aware of. You chose to stay and that was a personal choice. You crossed several boundaries with my contractors and I was notified often of how you spoke to them and took over by touching things you shouldn't have. When I arrived at the home following your stay, my internet had been tampered with along with my air conditioner. Things were missing and not as the home had been left when you arrived. I refunded all of the $600 deposit, minus a $100 for these reasons. Hopefully a future stay at someone else’s property will be less stressful for you. Our home was in construction, but is now a beautiful place to enjoy for all.
