Nice place!

Great place to stay while visiting Naples. Close to beach and shops. Nice clean neighborhood to walk in also. Beautiful homes throughout!

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time staying at this property with our children. The owner was very kind and responsive. The house was clean, comfortable, uncluttered, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Great location on the water. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Naples Home

Great place to stay with family or friends. Home was clean and had all the amenities of home. Lots of things to do from the pool, to putting green, bike riding, paddle boarding or sitting on the dock enjoying the beautiful scenery. Would definitely recommend!

Fun in the Sun

Everyone in our group from age 1 to 77 enjoyed their stay. From walks to the beach or splashing around at the pool plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Stephanie was a super responsive host. Would recommend to any group.

Family retreat

The house was beautiful and it had everything you would need. Great toys for both kids and adults. My family of 8 adults and 4 kids were in town for a burial at sea for my parents. The house was a great place to decompress. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic place to stay in Naples!!

Stephanie was an absolutely fantastic host. Just weeks after Hurricane Ian did terrible damage to Naples and the surrounding areas, Stehpanie had her house ready to go. It is a beautiful house and perfect for bigger groups. She even offered restaurant suggestions and got us a reservation at a local dinner spot. I can't recommend Stephanie's house enough!!

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!

We just spent 2 weeks here and so wish we were still there. Stephanie is a spectacular host and made us feel welcome even before we walked through the doors!! There were so many special touches and attention to detail that did not go unnoticed - from beach towels and beach chairs, to bikes, to well-stocked toiletries, and all the comforts we could ask for. The house is very clean and in a great location. We 100% recommend staying here and can't wait to get back!

Family time

The house was very convenient and comfortable for our stay!! It was very well stocked with all the fun items…paddle boards bikes beach chairs pool golf. Didn’t have much water pressure if both showers used. Loved the peaceful view in back. The owner was very helpful and answered our text every time to offer places to go! A very nice 50th Anniversary family week!!!

Excellent weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Winterwind. The house is clean and gorgeous. From the decor to the amenities, the host has ensured that most of what you'll need (and more!) is provided. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out. There are TVs in every room, and plenty of channels available to you. Btw, you're in for a treat with the shower in the master bathroom! I love the decorative touches around the house and the pool was so relaxing. The location is great, approx 5 min (or less) to everything such as beaches, stores and restaurants. And I can't say enough about the kindness of the host. Stephanie was in touch with me throughout the weekend making sure we had everything we needed and providing great insight to the local area. Her attention to detail makes this house extra special and really eased the learning curve you can have in a new place. She was also very responsive prior to my arrival and during my stay with any question I had, something that I much appreciated. I definitely hope to visit this house again! And thank you so much, Stephanie, for being an amazing SUPER host!

Great location, house and host

Wished we could have stayed longer, the house was beautiful, well kept and stocked. The location was perfect, close to beach. the Ritz and all kinds of shopping etc. . The host Stephanie was very helpful and a pleasure to rent from.

Great family house

House was very well appointed. The dock was beautiful. Location is superb. The owner and house manager were very attentive to any issues that we had (only a small issue with the dryer and it was taken care of within a day).

Hmm.

You know that thing you do with your kids when you say the dessert tastes bad and they don’t want any, just so you can have more for yourself? Tempted to do that here so there is less competition when we try and book again with Stephanie. Our family really enjoyed the property. Felt like home away from home. Owner was very responsive and has local services for any issue. We had a small issue with the pool heater and people were over to address almost immediately. Paddle boarding in the channel, swimming in the pool and biking to the beach were all part of our enjoyment of the house. We have stayed at 4 houses in the vicinity and this was our favorite. Hoping to be back again!

Fantastic!!!

This property was the perfect place for our family. The amenities outstanding! My boys loved fishing off the dock. Stephanie was amazing, she is on top of every detail, easily accessible and a pure joy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property. I cannot wait to return!

Great family mini resort

Had an awesome time just in the house. Love the are and the owner is amazing. Everything as described and better. Was hard to get my kids out of the house to the beach lol!!! Will be staying again soon!!!

Family Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay for a week in this amazing house located in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was exactly how it was described - spacious and clean. It was close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The adults enjoyed morning and evening strolls around the neighborhood while the kids enjoyed the pool everyday and fishing off the dock. It was also great communicating with Stephanie from the booking, checking in to our check out. She was quick to respond and really welcomed us to this house. We felt at home here. We would definitely return! Thank you for sharing this house with us.
