Beautiful home in quiet deed-restricted community commonly known as Rotonda West.

This home has just been renovated and offers two king suites with private heated pool and views of the golf course. Enjoy the lanai with large gas fire table, TV and Jenn-Air grill.

The split floor plan has a master suite with King sized bed and en-suite shower room with twin sinks. Walk in closet with lots of wardrobe space and 42' flat screen HDTV. Patio doors lead directly to the heated pool.

Other side of house offers second master with King sized bed, walk in closet, extra drawer space and it's own patio doors leading to the pool area.

3rd Guest bedroom is equipped with twin single beds, easily convertible to king (bedding available). Extra large closet and lots of drawer space. There is also a modern flat screen HDTV.

The family bathroom has a bath tub and shower, sink and large closet. Located between the two guest bedrooms. The bathroom also offers easy access to the lanai.

The open floor plan offers two dining areas and kitchen with built in coffee/wine bar. Enjoy the wi-fi, books, games, cards or pool accessories. Take a trip to the many beaches with the provided beach equipment. If staying close use the bikes to enjoy the nearby bike trail. Rotonda West offers 5 golf courses, a 3 mile walking trail and 165 acres of Broadmoor Park. The community park offers basketball, tennis, pickleball and playground.

This property offers a great view located on Pinemoor Golf Course (18 holes Par 70)

Elegant Comfort

Beautiful, well cared for home situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from beaches, restaurants and shopping. Truly felt like an oasis with the private pool and plenty of space to spread out. Could not have been a better location for vacation.

Well appointed with awesome view

This lovely home had a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. We pretty much lived in the pool area with great views of the golf course and beautiful sunsets. Lots of golf and sunshine made for a wonderful trip!

Absolutely beautiful scenery from the poolside.

We loved everything about the house. The the fire table was great on cool nights and for the morning coffees. Sunsets were beautiful. Pool was well loved.

Awesome vacation!

This was my second time staying at this house (first time was visiting friends while they were there). The house is great! The pool was a perfect fit for my kiddos. They like the beach but the pool was a huge hit! Will definitely be back 😊

The perfect place to relax. Comfortable and clean!

This home has everything you could want to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine.We literally walked in, put our clothes away and went straight out to the lanai to enjoy the pool and beautiful view onto the golf course.The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep, beds oh so comfy and comfortable living and dining rooms.The owners are very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns.Very highly recommend this property

This was the perfect place for our getaway. Our place in Englewood is under construction from Hurricane Ian. We wanted somewhere relaxing in the area that we are so familiar with. The contact was prompt with response.

Great Villa & Stay

The villa was perfect, with a nice size pool. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. Quiet location on Rotonda although we did have noisy construction of a new house next door starting every day at 7am. Being away from any main city, it was a 10-15 min drive to the main shopping centre, but traffic was light, so never a problem. Overall 9.5/10 - would have been a 10/10 if it was not for the construction.

Quiet & Relaxing

One of the best homes we’ve rented on VRBO. The owner was on top of everything from furnishings to fully equipped kitchen to bikes/swimming items. We also had prompt responses to any questions we had. A return trip is imminent .Thank You

Another fab stay in this wonderful villa

We stayed in this villa in 2022 and were very impressed then - and we returned this year and weren’t disappointed. It is equipped with everything you could possibly want for your holiday. Everything is clean, tidy and modern. The outside area is lovely. Love seeing the golfers go by in the mornings. The beds are TO DIE FOR - I googled the pillows to see if I could get some in the UK but sadly think they are a US brand. Hopeful that we will be back for a third stay. Thank you

Stay at Fairfield

Very nice place, kitchen arrangement very goog. Upscale coffee maker, and wine cooler. Nice to have filtered water at the sink. Pool was great along with outside heater on the deck. Extra propane tank was available.We were a little disappointed in the condition of pots a skillets, otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. We were also dissatisfied that when the tv quit working in the lanai, it was replaced with a much smaller one.

An Excellent Property

We're frequent visitors to the area. The property was super clean and on a quiet street. There's a fairway behind the property that provides a nice view and the golfers can be entertaining. High quality appliances and cooking accessories. All conveniences were provided, including bikes, chairs and water toys. The owner even had an electric air pump; always handy. Master bedroom was calm and nice. King bed also in guest room #1. And four entrances from the home to the pool deck. Styling updated throughout and was really well done. Five minutes to golf, 10 minutes to Cape Haze and 15 to Boca. We would certainly stay there again.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Gegend

Ein schönes sauberes Haus, dass sehr liebevoll im Detail eingerichtet ist. Ein dickes plus, fand ich, war, dass in den Schränken und im Kühlschrank die Grundlebensmittel vorhanden waren. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab für den Pool und den Strand ganz viel Zubehör. Verschiedene Fahrräder zur Auswahl. Ein riesiger Grill, da kann man die ganze Nachbarschaft einladen. Und der Außenbereich mit der Feuerstelle war super gemütlich und hat tolle Abende am Pool ermöglicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war nett und zeitnah. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen! :-)

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, allerdings gibt es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort und kein Telefon, womit wir bei Problemen hätten anrufen können. Wir waren aber im Ganzen sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wäre das Haus für nächstes Jahr nicht so teuer geworden, hätten wir es auch wieder gebucht.

Wonderful Friendscation!

Very pleasant property manager that was very helpful! We had arrived several hours early.. and the property manager was able to let us check in early. The home was more beautiful in person… and the beds were super comfortable. The home had everything we needed and so much more. We went to the gorgeous beaches during the day.. and relaxed by the pool in the evening. Definitely will stay again! Thank you!

This place is great

The size of the house was perfect and well appointed and the pool was great. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to everything that I asked. I would definitely rent here again. The area is not touristy, which I prefer, but some people might not like that.

Amazing villa- highly recommend

We’ve been staying in this area for over 25 years and this villa is one of the best. So modern and well equipped - the outside lanai area and facilities are brilliant, so relaxing. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Our every need was catered for and the owners were very kind and responsive. Will be back and highly recommend.

Fabulous, Clean, Comfortable!! Had EVERYTHING we needed!

The owners of this home had thought of everything!! Immaculate and SO comfortable! The kitchen was perfectly set up for cooking and dining as well as the lanai seating and grill. We absolutely loved the fire pit table and could have just lived out there with the golf course view and pool! Plenty of beach chairs, toys and floats too! All the bedrooms were furnished with VERY comfortable beds, bathrooms clean and well stocked. This is a great, secure feeling neighborhood and everyone we met was so friendly! Thank you so much for making this a most memorable winter for us! This is the perfect vacation home!!

The Rotonda West community is the best kept secret. Walk the trails in the morning then off to the beaches. Englewood or Boca Grande both fantastic. End the day relaxing by the pool, barbequing and having a drink by the fire pit. Perfect day!
