Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with dinette and TV. You have access to the 16 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dishwasher, induction cooker (ceramic stove top, 1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and microwave. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language.


Location
Jadrija. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
