"Amelia On My Mind" Beach house with backyard and screened porch - sleeps 8

"Amelia on my Mind" has all the amenities for an amazing vacation. This home is situated across the street from the beach (approximately 100 steps to the beach). The screened-in back porch provides an entire outdoor area for lounging and dining in your own quiet space. The backyard provides a large area for teens and children to play yard games such as cornhole and croquet. The separate patio area has Bluetooth outdoor speakers, a patio grill, chaise lounge chairs and overhead cafe lights for relaxing at night.
The open floor plan kitchen has a gas cooktop on the island and everything you need to prepare fun meals. The kitchen has a bar with seating for four and a separate dining room furnished with a farmhouse table that seats six for family dinners. A high-top table that seats four in the living room provides additional seating for meals or for board games.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and the master bath has a separate walk in shower and tub. The guest room has a queen bed. The bunk room has two full beds over two full beds. Each of the bunk beds have outlets for charging devices and reading lights. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The living room and all bedrooms have large screened TVs with DirecTV, Netflix, and internet included.
Four parking spots are available for guests, as well as a washer and dryer. Three beach cruisers, beach toys, a wagon, and beach chairs are provided for your use. We also have a ping pong table, corn hole boards, croquet, board games, coloring books, and adult reading all at your disposal.
Our beach house is close to downtown shopping and restaurants, to Publix and Walmart, and a little over .5 mile bike ride or walk to Fort Clinch State Park.
The Atlantic Recreation Center is a mile away and has a community pool and kiddie pool that is open during the summer months. Daily admission is $3 for City residents and $5 for Non-City residents.
