This charming 30 m² flat with mountain views, located in a lively area of Les Angles, can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine for 6 people, etc.
- A bedroom with a bunk bed made up of two double beds
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC

Outside area :
- A 10 m² balcony with a view of the village and the mountains, with outdoor furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Les Angles, at the foot of the slopes, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

- Bus stop serving the whole resort in winter near the accommodation (free bus). Shuttle bus to Mont-Louis station or to Perpignan and Toulouse airports
- Mont-Louis station 15 km away

Other remarks :
- The flat is located above a bar that plays music. Noise pollution is possible on Friday and Saturday evenings until 2am.
- It is possible to rent a private parking space in the garage opposite the residence, for a supplement of €10 per day. Booking and payment on site, with our local partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
