Beautiful walks on foot or by bike will take you along the wild coast (Puits d'enfer, Cayola, Talmont St Hilaire) or towards the Great Beach of Sables d'Olonne, embankment, pedestrian streets...)

2 Bikes are provided free of charge as well as a covered parking space 50m away.

The accommodation

The house named La Pinède offers a large living room extended by a terrace overlooking a tree-lined garden located next to a wooded area planted with pines and oaks.

Pleasant garden furniture with parasol, electric plancha for eating and cooking outdoors in fine weather.

Comfortable lounge with TV, Orange Box, fibre wifi and bluetooth speaker.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs:

- A master bedroom with a 160 bed and its bathroom with shower and toilet

o The bedroom opens onto a small patio with wooden terrace in the shade of green oaks and pines.



- A bedroom with a 160 bed and its dressing room

- A bedroom with a single 90 bed.

- A second bathroom with shower located in the hallway

- 2nd separate toilet in the hallway

A washing machine is located in a separate soundproofed cupboard in the hallway.

An external closed shed allows you to store bicycles and sports equipment; surfboard…

Access to the house garden is via a gate locked with a key.

Cleaning is included to allow you to make the most of your stay

Childcare equipment is available on request (travel cot, bath...)

Cleaning during your stay possible (on request) at no extra charge, according to the following terms:

From 6 to 10 days rental: 1 cleaning service during the stay

From 11 to 15 days rental: 2 cleaning services during the stay
