Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 35 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 baby bed. Cooking nook with electric cooker, exhaust hood and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, telephone and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Holiday resort
Reception, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, café, and internet (Wi-Fi). All common areas are air-conditioned. The reception is open from May 29 to September 11 from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Before and after this period, it is open from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The restaurant is open from June 8 to September 10. The bar is open from May 25 to September 15 from 7:30 am.

Roseto degli Abruzzi. The holiday apartment is located in a residence. Parking in the garage and on the property. Unsupervised parking is available on the property and supervised parking in the garage (subject to availability).

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of May to mid-September, 9 m x 23 m). Children's pool.

1 bicycle. In the complex: table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children from 3 years. Mandatory club card at a price of 50 euros The club card includes 1x beach service with an umbrella,

a beach chair and a sun lounger. Also included is the swimming pool service with

security service and entertainment for children from 3 to 12 years.

The Baby Club is open from June 8th to September 7th. The beach service is offered from May 15th to September 30th. In addition to the service, a beach chair (30.00€/week)

and an additional sun lounger (50.00€/week) can be booked. A parasol in the first row costs 70.00€ per week.
