Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 9 rooms (from which 6 bedrooms), is 210 sqm and can accommodate up to 12 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. There are 2 air conditioning units in the holiday home. One is in the living room on the ground floor and one in the kitchen/dining area on the top floor. All rooms have a fan. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. Dining room You have access to the covered terrace. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Anteroom with lounge. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate toilet with WC.
Top floor: Eat-in kitchen with lounge, dinette and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Cooking nook with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Badacsonytomaj. The holiday home is located on a 1300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. The holiday home has 2 air conditioners. One is in the ground-floor living room and one in the open-plan kitchen/dining area on the top floor. All rooms are equipped with a fan. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception is via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational mid-May to mid-September 3.6 m x 7 m 1.2 m deep).
