Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonberény. The holiday house is located on a 400 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Other half of the house BAL BER 101 (8 persons). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
