Spacious, open first floor gives your group plenty of relaxing space. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two main-floor bedrooms, one with a full size bed and one with bunk beds, and a bath with a claw-foot tub. The winding staircase takes you to the master bedroom, master bath that has a jacuzzi tub, and in-house laundry.

Outside, the open patio gives you a great view of the canal which leads to Wampler's Lake. Relax by the fire pit, chat with friends while enjoying the patio umbrella, table and chairs, or go for a stroll through the welcoming neighborhood.

Recent upgrades include a new front patio & steps, and a new seawall and dock. Fresh lawn to go along with the upgrades means there's great space for yard games and for everyone to play.

You are a short walk to Jerry's Pub and only minutes to drive to Hayes State Park, downtown Brooklyn, and MIS speedway featuring NASCAR and Faster Horses. Enjoy the many attractions the Irish Hills has to offer such as antique shops, wineries, and local festivals.
