Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 86 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Dining room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Kitchenette with dishwasher, electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable and satellite.


Location
Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday house is located on a 130 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking on the property. A 10 sqm enclosed storage space (outbuilding) is available for bicycles.

Pool
