Perfect for families. You enjoy the spacious left-hand side of this beach home with relaxing front porch (left-hand side), private entrance, open floor plan, large upstairs room with cathedral ceiling, 1 1/2 baths, and cozy backyard. Located on a quiet street that is 3 blocks to the beach and steps to Main Street and all Ocean Grove attractions. Short walk to Asbury Park for fine dining and night life. Home is equipped with smart TVs, wireless internet, air conditioning, fully-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and 4 ADULT BEACH BADGES. Spend your days at the beach or in the many quaint shops, attend the never-ending activities in town, or simply relax and enjoy beach house life!

Beautiful house located close to the shore and shops. Everything you need in the house including washer/dryer. Parking was not an issue as it was just after labor day. Lovely ice-cream place around the corner and close to the downtown area of AB. Beach towels, chairs etc were also there to be used. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Host is communicative and kind. Genuine mom and pop operation. The house is so charming, has usable cookware, and is nicely furnished. Password combo for the door was easy to use and the house was walkable to many local businesses and the beach. We would definitely stay here again :)

The house is sparkling clean and beautifully furnished. Communication with the hosts was seamless. The location is ideal- close to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket right on the corner. We had such a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again next year! What a gem!

This is literally the perfect location for everything you could possibly need, whether you are here for the beach, religious services, touring the area, shopping on Main Ave, spending some time in Asbury Park, or just need to get away. The hosts, Alex And Chris, are extremely caring and communicative. If I could give 10 stars I would! The place is immaculately clean and beautifully renovated. The upstairs loft area is bigger than expected and everything was exactly what we needed. My wife and I found ourselves on the porch every morning for coffee and every evening for a cocktail with a fan that they have perfectly placed above your head on the porch. They provide four beach badges, which is a huge plus because not every place does this! Trust me— this place is worth every penny.

Relaxing beach week

From start to finish Alex was helpful and responsive and next door to answer any questions. The rental unit was clean and tastefully decorated. It was easy to get in and out of the unit via a code for the door. It was very nice to use the back and front porches and having the laundry was critical for us (traveling with a 9 year old and 2 year old) and spacious enough for everyone to relax. Towels and linens provided helped reduce what I had to bring. The only things I would note in addition is that there is no driveway but street parking is available. Also I recommend bringing any spices ( provided salt and pepper) if you like to cook. Being a tall person (6’1) I fit but might be uncomfortable if you are taller than that. Overall very happy with staying at this place and would recommend as a quiet spot in a nice area… only one block to ice cream! Thanks for the stay !

Charming Beach Cottage

Adorable place very close to the beach and Asbury Park. We had a lovely time! Only thing I would say is the ceilings are extremely low, if you're traveling with any tall folks that might be a struggle. Other than that, great place!

Absolutely Perfect Beachy Cottage

I have tried a few locations around Asbury Park to attend the summer concerts at the Stone Pony. Expensive hotels, less than ideal VRBO single rooms in large houses. This Victorian home is absolutely perfect, the right amount of space to gather with loved ones and friends, clean cute home, excellent location short walk to beach and local restaurants and Asbury Park. Value for this location is excellent and we will be back! Highly recommend this property.

Lovely Stay!

This home is super cute & clean! The location is great too. Close to the beach and and short walk to the Asbury Park board walk which was great for the teens. We were able to easily walk to the lovely shops and cafe's in Ocean Grove as well. Will definitely look to stay here again. The hosts were very friendly and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Adorable and Perfect!!

I can’t say enough about how perfect our stay at this adorable place was for us! Comfortably furnished with all that we needed, easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go, including Day’s ice cream shop!! Alex and Chris were the most gracious hosts and responded quickly when we had questions. We especially loved the rockers on the front porch on the rainy days! In short, we loved our stay and are hoping to return!

Cute cottage

This place was an amazing location and well worth the price. The photos look just like the property. Street parking on a holiday weekend was a little rough but nothing unexpected. We did have to bring everything food wise for cooking, the grill and stovetop were both working well. Shower head was a little low for the tall folks but water pressure was great! Would stay again :)

Cutest beach house

This half of house was so adorable! We had the best time here, it had everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable, everything was very clean. A little market on the corner for any groceries we needed and we didn’t have to move the car. Beach was so close, 3 blocks and you’re there. Went to an organ concert at the auditorium, walked to Asbury Park many times, 15 minute walk. Ocean Grove was such a calm, clean and quaint town, I want to live there!

Clean and Beautiful

We loved this vacation! The place was spotless when we arrived and everything looks newly updated including the sheets and towels. We loved the cute porch and back patio, house is plenty of space for our family of 5. It is a very short walk to the beach and center of town. We will definitely be back! Thanks Alex!

Ocean Grove vacay

Girlfriends came from Ohio for a week of fun. We had a wonderful time. Loved sitting on the porch, walking to the beach and boardwalk. Main Avenue just one street over. Comfortable beds and furniture. All in all, a good find.

Lovely Ocean Grove Beach House

We had a lovely week at this house with our family. The house was beautiful and well stocked. Alex and Chris were great hosts. The two bedrooms upstairs worked well for us. The large bedroom was large and was great for our son and daughter in law and two grandchildren.Location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Nice beach house and owners are wonderful people!

We did a long weekend… multiple AC units kept the upstairs and downstairs cool. A few blocks to walk to the beach and around the corner from Main Ave with restaurants and coffee shop. If you go to the boardwalk and walk north (left) Asbury is right there. You will have a great time!!!

Perfect place for a beach getaway

Alex’s home is the perfect place to stay on a beach getaway. The Victorian home is a great option for a group stay with friends. The location is great and we could get to the beach, grocery store, and coffee, all in less than five minutes.

We have lived in Ocean Grove in our lovely beach home since 2004. We love keeping our house immaculate and well-supplied so our guests can enjoy their vacation. We live in the other half of our home year-round and love our life in Ocean Grove. We are not intrusive as we want our guests to enjoy their vacation stay so we are only available if a need arises. When we are not on the beach, we are blessed to be running our center for special needs children. We also enjoy biking, music and Crossfit.

Our home is quiet yet close to everything. It is an easy place to relax and do nothing or attend the many happenings that Ocean Grove is so well known for. The beach is only three blocks away--just far enough to miss the crowds but close enough to walk to. We are only one block over from Main Avenue an enjoy the convenience of the Pathway market at the end of our block for any last-minute needs. For family activities and night life outside of the Grove, we are an easy walk into Asbury Park or Bradley Beach.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our home offers a charming backyard with a grill, something you don't always find in the Grove. In addition, the Great Room is perfect for families--plenty of sleeping room plus a place for the kids to play, relax and watch their own TV while the adults relax with a glass of wine or cup of tea on the porch, in the living room or in the backyard. Our block is mostly occupied by owners so you will not be inundated with noisy vacationers. Our home is safe, relaxing and immaculate.
