Summary:

This comfortable home sleeps up to 8 guests and can be rented individually or together with Cabin 7A for a combined unit that sleeps 16 — perfect for larger families or groups. There are two bedrooms, each featuring 1 queen bed and 1 twin trundle bed and a TV with satellite service, providing plenty of comfortable sleeping space. The living area includes two couches and a TV with satellite and DVD player, creating a cozy space to relax and unwind. The kitchen comes equipped with basic utensils, making meal preparation easy during your stay. The bathroom features a shower and is supplied with towels and basic toiletries for your convenience.

The Space:

We are surrounded by the beautiful Patoka Lake, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. While the lake is not visible directly from the cabins, we do have walking paths that will take you right to the water. There are also nearby boat ramps, making it easy to get out and enjoy a day on the lake. Whether you’re boating, fishing, or simply taking in the scenery, the lake is just minutes away!

🎮 Clubhouse Access – Featuring arcade games, crane machines, and a pool table — perfect for a little friendly competition.

🏐 Sports Field – Includes a volleyball net, horseshoes, cornhole boards, and a small children’s playset so everyone can join in on the fun.

🏊 Seasonal Saltwater Pool – Take a refreshing dip in our saltwater pool, open seasonally for guests to enjoy.

🚫 Pet Policy: This is a non-pet-friendly cabin.

🔑 Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 24 years old to rent.

🚭 Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings. However, ashtrays are provided for outdoor use.
