GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We donā€™t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We donā€™t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

Love the place!

The property was very nice. It's in walking distance to a delicious jamaican restaurant, a few minute drive to the grocery store and only a 8 minute drive to music row. My family and I had a great stay!

The house itself was great! The issue is the area the house is in. We had issues during our stay & the property management was quick to respond, however, no real resolution came about other than them ā€œletting management knowā€. A delivery person used the code & came in on us during our stay. They stated the owner told them it was fine. I contacted the VRBO host & the only resolution I got was that they would look into it. This is a break in our privacy. Our final night, we came home to a party happening in one of the neighboring units. Our designated parking was blocked by cars, so we had to park in a spot down the way & hope our car was fine. I reached out to the host & was told to call local authorities if I felt threatened. We woke up to cars being towed in front of other units, but not the cars in front of our unit. I stopped the tow truck company & we were told that the VRBO host had to reach out to them to request the cars to be towed. So our host did not care that we were being inconvenienced, as they did not call to get the cars towed. There is garage access, but no opener to use outside. The house was great, but the area around is very run down & it seems that it could be managed better. A few things yall might want to repair: the Keurig is molded. We soaked it for a full day & could not get the mold out. The kitchen sick is leaking; when it is on, water pours from around it. Faucet is loose on the double vanity. First floor is 10 degrees cooler than rest of house.

Stayed for 3 nights for a Bachelorette Event

The pictures very accurately provide a representation of what to expect for you stay at this property. Lots of space in each room along with spacious bathrooms for all 7 of us girls to get ready. The only downside is that upon arrival there were multiple indications that the home was not cleaned thoroughly as there were crumbs on the floor , counters and smudging on the stove. However the bedrooms and connecting bathrooms did not disappoint when it came to cleaning expectations! Would stay again if the property wasnā€™t taken off of booking websites for future reservations.

Music City Retreat!

I selected this property for an after Christmas getaway with my husband, our adult daughters, their boyfriends, and our teenage son. I wanted a space where we would all be together but separate. Where the guys would have a separate space from the girls, where we could cook together and play board games when we weren't out on the town. The property was modern, clean and well maintained. The first floor is the master suite; second floor has an open living concept with a spacious kitchen, dining area, living area (with a pull out couch) and half bath; the third floor has one room with two queen beds and a spacious bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has a full bath and nice closets. There is a nice rooftop patio! It also has a garage that fits up to a small SUV. This is a property that fit our needs well and we would book again!

House was reasonable

The house was nicely decorated and reasonable for a short stay. However, the heater maxed out at 62 degrees (while in the 20s at night outside), parking was not easily available at the property, mattresses on the bunk beds were more like box springs than a mattress, there was a draft coming under the 3rd floor bedroom door from the outside (by the spiral staircase), and the house was in a rough part of town. On a positive note the host was friendly and each bedroom has an attached bathroom.

Nashville fun!!

Girls tripā€¦.great location. 15 mins (traffic depending) to airport. Very close to downtown. We had a car so no idea about the Uber situation. Tasty restaurant, Rimminā€™ Spice, walking distance. Property was very clean. Comfortable beds. Cool rooftop. Near highway so some traffic noise. Had a great time checking out the city then coming back to this nice condo to hang.

Nice Unit

Very nice property, location to Broadway was a small ten minute drive. Each bed room was fully stocked with linens and towels, nice bathrooms. Surrounding neighborhood didnā€™t seem as up kept as the rental. Communication with property management thru out the stay was very quick and responsive. Great location for us

The unit is plenty big for 5-7 people, although seating around the living room gets tight at 7. Downtown and dining is easily accessible by Uber or taxi. I would have liked to been able to walk places but itā€™s not a pretty walk around the neighborhood. All in all, we were happy with the unit

Spacious and close to downtown

The property is very spacious and well appointed. There were plenty of supplies for us to stay comfortably for 4+ days. There were 6 of us staying and each couple had a room and bathroom to themselves which was very important to us! Plus an extra bathroom in the living room area which was an added bonus. The house is located right next to a freeway which worried us but the glass was obviously very thick and we barely noticed any noise. There is a nice rooftop patio, but the traffic noise is a bit loud up there and it was too cold for us anyway on this trip. The location was in an area that's hard to describe - close to a college and hospital, not really a big neighborhood, but it was very close to downtown - a 6 min drive which was perfect for us! We only had one rental car so if we needed to drop off and pick up some of those that wanted to party more than others, it was no problem! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Nashville with a group!
