Welcome to the Barndo at Rustic Pines Retreat!
- When you book your stay at the Barndo, it’s an easy 10 minute drive from I 75 and the Georgia National Fair grounds in Perry.
We also offer options to upgrade your stay to make it even more special. From homemade sweet rolls( that you can have for breakfast), and cakes for a special occasion, to the ultimate romantic celebration package, we’ve got something to make your visit unforgettable.

We live nearby, so we are available should you need anything.

The barndo is down a short gravel lane and is surrounded by woods.



There is a 1 car garage that you are welcome to use.

- It has 1250 sq ft of living space and plenty of outdoor space
-We have high-speed internet, and smart TV's in every room. We have a subscription to You tube TV.
- There is 1 King bedroom and bathroom downstairs, and a queen bed, queen sofa bed and bathroom upstairs
- We have a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, Keurig, French press, pour-over, coffee grinder, and tea kettle. We have a starter supply of teas and coffee
- There is a "mudroom" to store your boots, hunting gear, horse tack, etc
- The "Cook Shack" has a gas grill, sink, ring toss games and TV
- We have a firepit with 4 Adirondack

Important things to know before you book:

- We welcome pets but there is a limit of 2
- Our pet fee is $20 per night
Pets must be on a leash for their safety and the safety of others.
- Children are welcome, but please be aware that our place may not be suitable for young children.

-The barndo sleeps 6.
You must let us know if you wish to bring more then 6 people. There will be an additional $35 charge per person per night for more then 6 people over the age of 3.
We reserve the right to limit the amount of people.

- You must be 21 years of age or older to book this property.

- We do not allow any events or parties.

- Although the barndo is in the country, it is located on GA-224 and you will hear cars going by.

-Cell service is very spotty, but we have excellent WIFI.

- The barndo is surrounded by woods, so keep an eye out for insects, snakes and lizards.

- Bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come in from the outside. We do routine pest control. As long as you keep all the doors and windows shut, it will be more difficult for them to get inside. We are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for an occasional bug in the house.

-We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, but will do our best to reunite forgotten items with our guests.

- We have used a lot of reclaimed wood so be aware that some of the wood isn't smooth and you will get splinters if you "rub" it.

We want you to enjoy every minute of your stay and hope you feel the love that we have poured into this place.

We are out in the country, so you will need your own vehicle.

NOTE:
You must let us know if you are bringing a pet. There is a $30 pet fee per night for up to 2 pets.
The barndo is located on the front side of 5 acres.
We also have a campsite that is available for rent. It has water with 30 and 50 amp service. You can bring your own camper or we can set up ours for you.
On the backside of the property is a romantic one room cottage that sleeps 2.
There is also a small barn in a central location that all guests can use. There are games inside, and a fire pit area with a comfortable swing.
We have recently completed the excavation of a new pond in the center of the property! There are no fish and guests are welcome to swim at their own risk.
If you wish to swim at the Rustic Pines Retreats pond facilities during the length of stay at your vacation home.
By swimming in the vacation home pond, I recognize and fully understand certain things, including:
• At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the
pond and are responsible for all persons using the pond during your stay.
• My use of the pond facilities during my stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pond and deck equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pond area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pond.
5. The risk of injuries from any and all possible bacteria in the pond.
• I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible
risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that I am assuming.
In exchange for the Owner allowing me to utilize the pond and area during my stay, I hereby agree to the
conditions below. I fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:
1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors,
officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to
my use of the pond and pond area;
2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other
cost that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with my use of the Releasees
pond or pond area to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES;
3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal
injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the pond or pond area
4. That I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property;
5. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon me,
and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on
my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
I have read and understood this document. I am aware that when I rent this property I am waiving certain
legal rights that I may have against the Releasees, and I fully agree to do so.
