The kitchen, open to the living space and terrace, is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker are also at your disposal.



On the sleeping side, the villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor:

Bedroom 1 (on the ground floor): equipped with a king size bed (180/200), a TV and its en-suite shower room

Bedroom 2: master suite with sea view equipped with a king size bed (180/200), a TV and its bathroom equipped with two showers

Bedroom 3: equipped with a king size bed (180/200) and a TV

Bedroom 4: equipped with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed



Another complete shower room completes the villa. For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal. You can park up to two vehicles in the secure car park of the residence.

You will enjoy a covered terrace with a dining area perfect for sharing a barbecue together, as well as a wooden shelter with its lounge ideal for sharing the evening ti punch whilst admiring the sunset.

The salt water pool and its sun loungers await you for afternoons filled with relaxation. You will also have direct access to the large beach of Autre bord, and an outdoor shower will be waiting for you upon your return from the beach. The boules court located in the villa's garden will be ideal for your afternoons of games.
