Choose air conditioning or just open the doors to the front and rear decks and enjoy the prevailing southwest breeze as it passes through the condo.

Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves and wake up to an ocean view through sliding glass doors to the balcony deck just off the bedroom.

From here it is an easy walk to breakfast at the pier. Walk along the undeveloped North End and expect to see dolphins playing offshore.

Enjoy a clean, well-maintained and comfortable vacation getaway with a small town atmosphere just minutes away from the Pleasure Island Boardwalk.

Take advantage of unusual styles of rental bicycles, local restaurants and attractions or jump in your car and drive to Wilmington's historic waterfront and the USS North Carolina Battleship.

Quick Carolina Beach Getaway

Had a few days off and decided to try out Carolina Beach for a little vacation and lucked into this snug condo just off the beach that had a good combination of location and amenities for a light-travelling couple like ourselves. Would recommend!

Great weekend getaway

My kids and I enjoyed our weekend at the beach! Condo was cozy and so comfortable! My kids loved sitting on the decks watching the waves. The beach access is close by and the pool was wonderful! I will certainly book again!

Perfect getaway

Proximity to the things we like was good. Unit was clean and well stocked. Third floor was a challenge, but we knew that going in. overall our stay was good and relaxing. Host was very responsive to.

Relaxing in Carolina Beach

Loved this property. It was perfect for me just to relax and unwind. Beautiful views out the back deck of the ocean where I spent most of my time with a good book. The pool was nice and refreshing to soak in on the hot days. Will definitely be coming back!!

Relaxing Stay at the Beach

I had a great stay at this property! It’s so easy to relax here. Beach on one side, pool on the other. What’s not to like? You can hear the ocean and watch the sunrise from bed if you want. The owner is really easy to deal with and I would definitely stay again.

Would stay again and recommend to others

The condo was exactly as it was listed, clean and well mantained. The photos of the beach/ocean view were accurate as well and the beach access was very convenient. This area was very quiet and within close proximity to the pier, again just as listed. The owner was professional and courteous from the very beginning and followed up with us upon checking in and out. The rental experience was very pleasant overall and I would recommend to others. If I am ever in the area again, I would consider staying here again.

Perfect little getaway spot!

We couldn't have been happier with this property. Neat, clean, and right across from the beach. Our little family of four fit very nicely in. My girls loved having two balconies and a pool! The layout is perfect and we just had the best time. Plus our quads got a great workout! Can't wait to visit again very soon!

Completely perfect

This condo had everything you could possibly need to enjoy a stay in Carolina Beach. There were plenty of nice quality linens, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, even a telescope for stargazing! The best feature, to me, was the balcony off the bedroom with a wonderful view of the fishing pier at the north end of the island. Sleeping with the sounds of the ocean right outside your window is so refreshing. The decor and furnishings were all very pleasing. I will definitely be renting from the lovely owner again. The process could not have been easier. Thanks again, Lynda, for allowing me to enjoy your lovely condo! Can't wait to return!

Relaxing and Beautiful Location

We continue to book this place each year, as we call it "our place". The condo has all the comforts of home. The condo is in a good location, not far from town and all the events going on, but quiet and a place to relax and enjoy the scenery and ocean sound. You can see the ocean from the deck which connects to the bedroom, so you can hear the ocean waves as you go to sleep. Just walk across the street to the ocean or you can enjoy time at the pool, which is kept up quite well. The best of both worlds. The owners are very nice to deal with too.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. Despite the small size, the layout makes great use of space and is very functional. Everything works well and the decor looks good. We also really enjoyed the pool.

Most relaxing mini-vacation

After a very stressful week, we decided on a last minute beach trip. Owner was very quick to respond to our inquiry about renting the condo and promptly sent us all the rental info. Condo was exactly as described, very clean, good location and good views. We didn't cook while there but the kitchen looked to be equipped with everything you need. Owner also had beach chairs and umbrellas there. You just need to bring yourself and clothes! I loved having the choice of two balconies to sit on (ocean or pool view).

Great mini-vacation

After a stressful week, we decided on a last minute vacation to relax. This condo was exactly what we needed. Everything was exactly as described. Loved having choice of two balconies (ocean or pool view). Owner was great to work with, she quickly responded to our last minute inquiry about renting and promptly sent all the rental information to us. Condo is well equipped with everything you need. Just bring yourself and clothes!

Great, but short, stay

All was as described. I disliked the flight of stairs but knew that was a part of the deal. The place was clean, well decorated and the bed was very comfy. Parking might be a problem under the building because you could easily be blocked in by another resident, so we parked on the side of the building where there was plenty of space. Walkway to the beach is directly across the street and very convenient. Good, fast internet via wi-fi. We'll probably be returning, hopefully for a longer stay.

Amazing View, Wonderful Owners

This was our second time staying in the condo at Carolina Beach. I cannot express enough how wonderful the owners were to work with. Lynda responded immediately during our correspondence and is truly great to work with. The condo is located close to the pier and in my opinion on the best end of the beach. Very clean and has everything we needed and/or forgot to bring with us. The view is amazing even with the condo being located across the street. It is hard to see in the pictures but you will be pleasantly surprised at how close the ocean is and how amazing your view is. I have no doubt this will not be our last stay in this condo. Great vacation!

Wonderful trip!!

We were very pleased with our trip to Carolina Beach/Paradise Island. The condo was clean and well furnished. We didn't need anything everything was there. It was a quiet part of the beach but close enough to all the fun stuff my son wanted to do. I will definitely will be rebooking this condo. :)

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here. The pictures are exact. You have a nice view of the ocean from the back balcony and overlook the pool in the front. The owner was very easy to work with and responded back within 24 hours. Our deposit was sent back within 3 days and she emailed to let us know it would be sent. Everything was provided which was helpful when packing. We would definately stay again!

Wonderful Time!

We had a wonderful time at your condo! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay easy. The pool was exceptionally clean and had a nice family feel to it. We loved walking to the fishing pier just down the street. The beach was fantastic and not to crowded for peak season. The communication from the owner was fantastic! June 2011 Courtyard at Seascape

This was a wonderful condo. The beach was just across the street and there was a beach view from the bedroom and a pool view from the living room. We really liked the 2 porch areas. The pool area was very nice and the entire complex was clean and quiet. The unit was well appointed and comfortable. It felt like we were staying at a bed and breakfast or a hotel with all the extras.

Carolina Beach Comfort!

How wonderful to wake to the sound of the waves and see the ocean beckoning from the bedroom window! The condo is just a few footsteps from the beach, there is also a swimming pool that was clean with a secure entrance for guests only. The condo is well maintained, exactly what I saw in the photos, with plenty of linens and kitchen needs available. The complex is very quiet, no loud noise or excessive traffic, the area around the condo is clean and private. We stayed for 5 days and loved Brit's donuts on the boardwalk and Squiggley's ice cream shop! Wonderful seafood at Michael's where the staff were very friendly and helpful with activities to do in the area. We fully plan on making a return visit and would recommend it to family and friends.

Having lived in this area years ago, we knew how much we had enjoyed the area and all of the attractions available to travelers. The beach offers relaxing coastal living and the surrounding area is steeped in history.

We enjoy the solitude and quiet of being able to take long walks on the North End and 'escape' with a stack of books. Yet, we know that good restaurants and various attractions are easily within reach. This area offers the option of 'getting away from it all' or interesting 'sightseeing' in one beautiful package!
