This 3 bedroom/ 2 story villa is located perfectly in Seascape resort with the beach access right across the street! It is one of the closest villas to the beach and only a 3 minute walk. This villa features a very modern interior with amazing lake views and convenient access to all Seascape resort amenities. This villa features 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom upstairs and a king size bed in the downstairs bedroom. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed. The master bedroom also has a screened in balcony so you can sit and enjoy the amazing lake views! There are HDTVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Living room also has a screened in balcony. Villa comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and pool access. Pack' N play can be provided if needed. 

Lakefront villas provide all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

Couple's End Of The Summer Annual Beach Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location was perfect! The lake view in the back and the beach being directly across the street was wonderful! The rental was well equipped with everything that made it feel more like home instead of just a rental property. The place could have been a little cleaner but having everything we needed to clean already there, made it easy for us to do a quick cleaning after checking in. We would definitely book this property again for future trip.

Disappointed

Bathrooms and bedroom clean, but the common space and kitchen w re e very dirty. We were told the cleaners would come out and clean and they never did.

Disappointing Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four of us stayed at this location for 5 nights. We arrived to the property 2 hours early and planned to grab food while we waited to check in, but 3 staff members were performing an inspection and allowed us to go inside when it was complete. After the 8hr drive we were extremely grateful. At first glance we thought the interior was very pretty, though smaller than the pictures. One of the 3 bedrooms is very small with slanted ceilings and really only suitable for small children. Throughout our stay we found several concerning things. The house sits on the lake, so you can expect some bugs inside. However, there were clouds of flying insects all around the house. Fair enough, except the dining room table and windowsills were littered with dead bugs, indicating they had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was also sand still on the floors. We found a dirty sock at the edge of the bed skirt, a bra in the corner behind a basket, and a phone charger still in the wall in one bedroom. In another bedroom there was a used bandaid between the chair and dresser, and a fake fingernail beside the bedside table. One morning around 8am, we heard some loud noises outside the second floor bedroom. You can imagine our suprise when we found several people on our patio! They were construction workers that had been contracted by the property, however, we were not informed they would be working on the house during our stay. We certainly did not pay $3,000 for that. Upon calling the owner we were told there was nothing he could do and he offered no compensation for the inconvenience. One of the construction workers informed us that it was standard practice not to tell the renters when their property was going to be worked on. The only positive from our stay was that the location was indeed a 3min walk to the beach. However, there are a lot of options in the area and I would recommend spending your money elsewhere where you might be paying for something that is worth it.

First time to vacation in Miramar Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, right across the street from pool, beach, golf, arcade and Whailtail restaurant/bar. Fireworks on the beach and close to everything. Beds were comfortable and the ac worked great.

Great location to Beach. Great location to multiple dining choices. Numerous activities in the complex( Pickleball-Tennis-Pool area-BB court-Playground-Golf (9 hole).

The two big chairs in the living room are not the most comfortable, but they were still OK. 3D Beach Rentals was responsive to questions.

Family spring break

Awesome location and very clean. Easy walk to the beach and shopping. First floor master along with two bedrooms upstairs makes it a great family environment.

The perfect stay

The unit was located across the street from the beach. So many amenities within the complex, including a new beach shower. The unit has two screened porches.
