Luxury condo! Perfect for your next vacation, enjoy this meticulously clean and beautifully renovated beach-front 2 BR 2 BA condo ideally located in northern Ocean City! Amenities include an ocean-front master suite with a private balcony overlooking miles of beautiful sandy beach, and second bedroom boasts a private balcony overlooking the bay for beautiful sunset views. All new cabinetry with quartz countertops, new furniture and bedding, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Family room has large sectional sofa (with pull-out bed )with plenty of seating, and another beach-front balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze, sunrise and sounds of the surf. Our renters love having access to our beach locker, free WiFi and all of the comforts of home that our condo provides. Whether you are staying for the weekend or for several weeks, it's sure to be a vacation you’ll not soon forget! Discount available for those who book directly with owner. Also, please be advised that the Century One building will be undergoing cement remediation from Sept 3, 2024 through May 25, 2025. Some of the sidewalks on the south west corner of the building will be inaccessible.

Comfortable and clean

The views of the bay and ocean front balconies are amazing. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. Dana was very helpful and prompt to respond. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family

Dana the place was just beautiful I loved the decoration of the place it had awesome views and was even able to watch the fireworks from the bayside balcony I would recommend this condo for anyone it was a great location and the views great I would definitely rent this condo again it was simply amazing I didn’t have any problems

Amazing Stay at the Condo!

This condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The layout is wonderful for sunchasers but also for large families. The host is so nice and very detailed! The actual building is in a great location in Ocean City!

Wonderful Stay on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, renovated ocean front condo! The gym and amenities were great and the views were outstanding. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture when relaxing in the evenings and while spending time on the three balconies. It is an especially nice layout for two couples, with bedrooms on separate floors. The owner was responsive and helpful. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Little Getaway

I have nothing but great things to say about the condo or owner. The unit is decorated so cute and comfortable. The owner is a great communicator. The unit overlooks the ocean and bay. I would absolutely stay there again.

Clean & convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on the beach with plenty of space to spread out. The best part was being able to sit on the bedroom patio and watch the sun rise while listening to the relaxing ocean waves.

Great Layout

A father traveling with his teenage daughter - the amount of space and the condo's layout provide privacy, with three phenomenal balconies - beach view and access could not be better - the condo unit is in great shape. Only two drawbacks, and neither are related to the unit. First, there is only one elevator to use during check-in/out for a building with 25 floors. Second, the pool is a outdoor, covered pool. While not uncommon in the area, it is not an inviting place to swim.

Beautiful

The views were amazing! Condo was updated and very clean. Master suite is when you first walk in. Main living space and second bedroom is downstairs. Owners were amazing! You do not need to bring chairs for the beach! The ones provided are in great condition. Would highly recommend this condo for families!

Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this beautiful property. The condo is very large and has 3 decks, two overlooking the ocean and one with a great view of the bay for those evening sunsets. All three decks have very nice outdoor furniture and I actually fell asleep relaxing on the main deck while listening to the sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. My wife took pictures of the kitchen and now wants to redo ours similarly. We appreciated all the cute and ocean themed decor that was also very tasteful. Our 9 year old even found the stash of Legos and games they kept in the coffee table. It was a perfect getaway for our family. And the host was ridiculously fast at responding to questions and could not have been easier to deal with. Highly recommended.

Just perfect!

This place is so great! It had easy check in and all the amenities! It was very clean and adorably decorated. Has drip coffee and k cup makers. Plenty of pots pans and utensils for cooking. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable! It was so nice we were able to turn off the air and have the downstairs sliding doors open to get a wonderful cross breeze. Views of the ocean for sunrise and bay for sunset. We would definitely stay again! The locker they have for the beach has good chairs to use too we didn’t even need to use the ones we brought. Gym was great too to break a sweat and had dumbbells up to 50lbs. Thanks for a great place! I will miss waking up to the sounds and view of the ocean.

Vacation

This unit was beautiful. It was a newly remolded, clean ,bright unit.. It was as nice as adverttised. The owner was quick to respond with any concerns or questions and a pleasure to talk to. This will be our first choice to stay for any future visits.

This is the second condo in the Century One building that we have purchased, and there's a reason we bought a second one; the VIEW is outstanding! Not only does it sit ocean-front with an unencumbered view of the beach (not overlooking a parking lot, building, pool, etc....just sand and waves!), it also is situated on the narrowest point of OCMD, meaning that it also hosts spectacular views of the bay! There are no other buildings in OCMD that have condos overlooking both vantage points, and we consider ourselves lucky to have purchased it. When not rented, we sit on the bay side to watch the sunset with our glasses of wine each evening (for health reasons, you know! ), and also enjoy sunrise with a steaming hot cup of coffee in the mornings each day on the ocean-front balcony. We'd love to share this experience with you!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Location, location, location. Its ideally located on the narrow point of the Ocean City peninsula, in the tallest building in Ocean City. Far enough away from the boardwalk to avoid the noise and craziness, but close enough to it to enjoy the noise and craziness if you choose to. Close to shopping, dining, and can spit onto the sand from the balcony (not that we condone that!). :-)
