Cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage on .75 acres. House is supplied by well water which also waters all of the fruit trees. The herb garden enhance this fully furnished home. 65" tv can be seen from all areas of the home. Washer/dryer and supplies are available to all guests. 800 square feet but feels so much bigger with the open floor plan. Enjoy the privacy of the huge yard for roasting s'mores over the firepit. Sip on warm coffee on the screened porch overlooking the lush backyard. Tucked away from the main road but minutes from shopping, beaches, and Kennedy Space Center Visitors Center.

Clean and like home!

We spent 2 nights while visiting Kennedy Space Center. The house was very clean and had all that we needed. We brought our pups and the home was very pet friendly. We had a lovely visit!

Overall good experience

Overall good experience very. The host was easy to communcate with, house was clean, love the fruit trees, off the road so its a little private one neighbor but they didn't bother us.

there is no hot tub. the flooring is coming up in some places and is sinking in others. the water is well water and there is an odor to it. I filled the tub for my daughter, and the water was green. zero checkout instructions provided. no welcome packet or wifi password. i have some complaints, but for the price it was an okay stay. the dryer vent was FULL of lint. like fire hazard status. will not stay here again.

Nice spot!

My mom was buying a house and this cottage made everything so easy. Much better than a hotel! We had everything we needed to make it feel like our own home. We bought our groceries and could cook our meals and the fire pit saved my sanity! Every night I made a little fire and it just made the day complete!

Disappointing

Water pressure was very low and the water smelled really bad. Internet went down. Sheets on the pull out couch was dirty. There was not lighting around the house in the night, Very disappointing.

Thank you for your review. In response: we offered to have a handyman come out to check on water. You asked us to wait until you had checked out. We discussed well water having an odor. Since you have left, we have ordered a whole house water filtration system and a new washer/dryer. As for lighting, the house is on one acre of land. Flood lights only go on with movement.

Excellent host, nice little house to stay in

The host is amazing. Very helpful, kind, and thoughtful. We had an emergency on check-out day, and she made it very simple to extend our stay a day and gave us easy options in case we needed even longer. House was clean. Location in regards to convenience, is excellent. There is a lot of shopping and things to do nearby. Both front and back porches offer tranquility. Large yard. Back porch has a screened in area and full outdoor deck on one side and paver patio on the other. Back yard view is tree lined. Very relaxing. While the house looks small from the outside, it truly doesn't feel small inside. It is laid out very well. 3 BRs, 2 baths. Open kitchen/dining/living area along with screened in back porch really makes it feel very comfortable. All in all a great place to stay on the "Space Coast".

Cute house worked great for us

Great property if you are traveling with your dog. The yard is HUGE and although not fully fenced in, plenty of room. The house was perfect for our needs - I was able to use one room as an office to work. The kitchen is small but fully functional with pretty much anything we needed. Had to stay on top of the trash people with regular calls for pick ups but that was addressed promptly. The stacking washer and dryer surprised me as they were full size which made life much easier. All in all this was a great place for us to stay while waiting to find a house.
