Port A is a very special place for many to relax and reunite with friends and loved ones. Our mission here at Seaside Oasis is to create an atmosphere that inspires memories. Our luxurious home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a private pool, boat parking, and a 5-minute walk to the beach.

The Family Room has space for everyone to do their own thing and mingle at the same time. Whether sitting at the dining table with seating for ten or lounging on one of the two sofas or matching armchairs while watching a game on the large TV with cable and having appetizers, this room has it all for comfortably accommodating a large family. The kitchen is a chef's dream with high-end appliances, a large farm sink, crisp white cabinets, spacious countertops, a regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. There is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. Bring your favorite wine to sip on and chill it in the built-in wine cooler. For your convenience, this level also offers a half bath and laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer, and sink.

Retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) furnished with a King bed, nightstands, dresser, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom provides a large tile/pebble shower with a bench and rain heads, double vanities, a make-up area, and a huge walk-in closet. Take pleasure in having your own private patio with views of the pool.

Venture upstairs to the bunk room (BR2) outfitted with two- Twin over Queen bunk beds, perfect for kids and young adults to sleep, gather, and play games. The full bath is comprised of a soaking tub, a stand-alone tile shower, and a double vanity. The common second-floor sitting area is a good spot for reading a book or some solo time lounging on the couch or armchairs. Sit on the balcony and take in the island breeze. The other guest bedroom (BR3) offers a Queen bed, closet, nightstands, and chest with access to the back balcony. The fourth bedroom (BR4) offers two- Twin beds, nightstands, and a closet. These two bedrooms share a bathroom comprised of a tile shower with a glass door and double vanity.

The fenced backyard is a Seaside Oasis. This area is perfect for BBQing, cooking the day's catch, and gathering under the covered Pavilion. Enjoy the afternoon playing in the pool. This is also a great place to watch the sunset and charge up for the next day.

Located on popular 11th St. and close to everything, this home is Golf Cart accessible, so take a ride along the beach.

Private Heated Pool. The pool can be heated for $50 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY Subject to a $10 fuel charge.
Drip Coffee Maker. Please bring coffee and filters.
Charcoal Grill. Please provide charcoal.
Washer/Dryer-Laundry detergent not provided.
Beach Towels not provided.
Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
Parking for 4 vehicles. No parking in the street.

Great house with perfect location!

We enjoyed staying here. The house was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing extended weekend. The only suggestion I could even make is that there needs to be a couple of floor fans for the rooms that donā€™t have a ceiling fan but other than that we didnā€™t need anything extra! We would definitely stay again:)

Loved it!!

The house was beautiful! Loved the kitchen it had plenty of space and all the pots pans dishes and utensils you need and even more. Rooms were nice and spacious the master bedroom and bath were to die for! The kids loved the pool and patio area so much so that they didnā€™t want to go back to the beach. We loved the property and plan to rent again.

Wonderful house!! Would definitely return.

We absolutely loved the house. All the furniture and decor were high-end and well taken care of. The pool was great and heated up to a very high temperature, so we were able to spend hours in the pool even in the morning and night. There were a couple of hiccups like a toilet that was running and a flickering light, but Life In Paradise was very quick to send people to fix the issues

Perfect house for multiple families

My husband and our 3 kids + my parents stayed here and it was perfect. We had more than enough space. This house could easily accommodate multiple families with the bunk room + oversized walk-in closets (with ac vents and outlets) are perfect for a pack n play. The pool was great and kid friendly with the tanning shelf. The TVs in the master and upstairs den were not working but we were at the pool and beach majority of the time. A small fan would be nice in the rooms without but thatā€™s minor. Overall very nice house, great space, amazing kitchen and perfect location- just a quick golf cart ride away from town & the beach :) We will definitely rent this house again!

Gorgeous beach home!

This place is a gem! We had an amazing time relaxing at this gorgeous beach-chic property! We kept commenting how the owners spared no expense, everything top of line: beautiful new modern finishes, decor, furniture, appliances, bedding, shiplap walls, wooden ceilings. Each room is so beautiful and very cozy comfortable. We really admired all the colorful tile, wallpaper, rugs, light fixtures. The property is spacious, well insulated and very comfortable. The pool is fantastic! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, Tupperware with Wolf appliances. The bar, ice machine and wine fridge were a nice addition too! Our girls trip couldnā€™t have been better! We didnā€™t even go to the beach because we enjoyed the property so much! Conveniently located in town, close to market, stores, etc.

Beautiful Home with a few problems

This home is so beautiful. Nice size pool. Unfortunately there were A/C issues causing the first night of our stay to be a bit unbearable upstairs since the A/C stopped cooling. The second day we had the same problem but with the downstairs A/C. There was water dripping consistently from the ceiling upstairs and downstairs throughout our two day stay along with the downstairs half bath floor flooding from the A/C. The rental company did come out to the property on several occasions which is a bit embarrassing while we had guest over not to mention interrupting our stay. Also the sound system did not work which was a bit disappointing while in the pool area or on the back patio. We also paid ahead for the pool to be heated which it wasn't even on when we checked in. They sent someone out to turn the heat on and to clean the pool since there were dirty socks and brush all in the pool. Sad really since it's such a beautiful pool area. We were unable to use the pool the first night we were there due to it being to cold because shortly after them turning the heat on it shut off. The pool was not cleaned until the following day which we were told we had to wait a few more hours due to them putting chemicals in it. Although the rental company tried to fix the issues quickly and the house is beautiful it could have been a better experience especially for the amount we paid for 2 nights. Do I feel we are owed some compensation?? Absolutely!!! I hope for future renters that they are able to fix all issues!!!

Beautiful Home

Lovely home with great kitchen. Pool was wonderful. Beds were way too soft, great for kids not so much for the adults. Pretty good location between beach and restaurants. Had unannounced visitors more than once and no trash cans for majority of the week we were there. Property management was responsive but would have preferred if landscapers and insurance inspector didn't just show up unexpected. Handful of coachroaches in the home but I suppose that is to be expected given the location.

We all have a great time. The house was very clean, communication with the property management office was very helpful. 24 hour golf rental was great ended up renting the rest of our stay. The house was perfect for all 12 of us. The beds were comfortable. All in all it was a very nice stay. We will definitely rent this property next year.

Private and Relaxing....

We enjoyed our stay 110%! The house couldn't have been more perfect for 6 adults and 5 kids. The decor of the home is very elegant and inviting, felt like we were right at home. Kitchen is fully stocked with any gadget you need for cooking. The Master Suite on the main level is just WOW! Every bed in the house is very comfortable. The private pool was the best way to relax, outside area was very well lit and a nice cozy setting. The beach was a short golf cart ride away. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful property and amazing host!

The property was SO beautiful! Everything was so convenient, super close proximity to the beach, golf cart rental and maintenance! It rained one night so the pool turned green but the very next day, we contacted the host and he got someone there ASAP! 10/10 recommend and we canā€™t wait to come back!
