Additionally, a private balcony with seating areas provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals conveniently. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundering needs.

There are three bedrooms, and all three have a comfortable double bed. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided for your utmost comfort.

Come and discover the 13th arrondissement! With its original urbanism, the neighbourhood is currently expressed in the project "Paris rive gauche", initiated by constructing the national library of France, a symbolic place of the XIIIth arrondissement. Let yourself be surprised by the Butte-aux-Cailles, the historical district of Paris; look up, and you will discover any drawing or messages on the walls of buildings.

In the borough, the authorities have approved several wall paintings realized by international artists claiming street art. The Butte-aux-Cailles is a festive place in the evening, ideal for a meal or an aperitif!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
