This spacious, ski-in/ski-out getaway at Jay Peak Resort puts you and your guests right in the heart of the action! Stock up on essentials at the Provisions General Store and then prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. Dine together or play some of the provided board games at the adjacent table, and then switch on the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows and movies on the 50" 4K smart TV in the cozy living area. This vacation rental also includes a deck and an electric grill for warm weather family cookouts.

This condo is located right on the Grammy Jay ski run offering easy ski-in/ski-out access to the Village Chair! Jay Peak's slopes welcome skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Not only can you ski and snowboard to your heart's content, you can also enjoy the on-site indoor waterpark (The Pump House), a fitness room, arcade, movie theater, climbing gym, and an ice skating rink, along with golf and hiking in the summer! And when additional activities beckon, head over to Tram Side or State Side on the shuttle. The shuttle picks you up right in the parking lot and brings you back to the parking lot when you are done having fun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
