No garden or courtyard, but direct access to the alley without traffic and parking in the street next door. The forest of Vert-Bois 500 meters away will allow you to enjoy walks by the sea, picnics with tables and barbecues. Surf school, sand yachting, swimming lessons, beach bars next door (Vert Bois and Grand Village) in season. 10 minutes away: La Cotinière, Chateau d'Oléron, Gd Village with activities all year round...

Description of the house:
- First floor: fully equipped kitchen/living room 25m2 completely renovated in 2022 with pellet stove and TV, living room, bathroom with WC, laundry area (washing machine and dryer), small garage, outdoor courtyard of 2m2.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (bed 140, bed 140, 2 beds 190), corridor, shower room WC, TV lounge with sofa bed 2 places.

- Pets not allowed (no private exterior).

Important: Cleaning and linen not included, optional and managed by our trusted lady/concierge: io.elsa.services17.

Cleaning fee: 100 euros
Sheets and linen not included: rental possible on request, optional
Linen package to be paid to our concierge service:
- Bed 160 and 140: 20 euros
- Bed 90:10 euros
- Towel kit (1 large and 1 medium): 10 euros

- Cleaning not included, optional.
--> If you want the cleaning package, the service is provided by our concierge service. The service is 100 euros.
--> If you do not want the cleaning package, a deposit of 100 euros (by check, cash or prior transfer) up to the cleaning package will be requested during the inventory of fixtures at departure by our concierge service.
The deposit will be returned at the time of departure, after the inventory of fixtures, if the cleaning is properly done.
Please note these conditions.

Not taking the cleaning package means returning the house in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival (tidying up, cleaning the kitchen, household appliances used, sanitary facilities, emptied and clean bins, vacuum cleaner and mop passed...).

- Entry into the premises independently (key box), exit and handing over of the keys by a trusted person/concierge service.
