Come and discover our little corner of paradise by the sea: the "Lodge de Saint-Colombier".<br><br>Located on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, with a view of the island of Arz and direct access to the GR34 trail.<br><br>Within an ornithological reserve you can easily reach on foot or by bike two observatories to observe various species of birds all year round, Tascon Island (accessible at low tide), the salt marshes of Saint-Armel... <br><br>The house has a dining/kitchen/living area, 3 bedrooms equipped with high-end 160 cm double beds and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed (the minimum age for the top bed is 6 years old), 1 independent toilet on each level, 1 bathroom with a large shower on the first floor and a bathroom upstairs. <br>The laundry room is equipped with a freezer, a small wine cellar, a washing machine and a dryer. <br><br>Maximum 6 adults <br><br>House renovated in 2023, ecological installation (solar water heater, rainwater recovery and heat pump) and comfortable (top-of-the-range equipment and reversible air conditioning of the whole house, blinds on the terrace, Pellet BBQ, home cinema, wine cellar)<br><br>Enjoy its very large terrace and incredible view.<br><br>A large driveway stands in front of the house to park with a playground and a motorized gate secures the premises.<br><br>The **cleaning fee** and the **linen fee** include: <br>- end-of-stay cleaning (except clean and tidy kitchen, emptied bins at your expense)<br>- the provision of sheets, towels, shower mats and dish towels.<br><br>(be careful not to use the towels provided to go to the beach)<br><br>In order to guarantee the serenity of all, the use of the sheets provided is mandatory, under penalty of additional costs being charged by the concierge service.<br><br>No commercial photos/No parties allowed<br>Non-smoking house <br><br>Arrival from 5pm<br>Check-out before 10 a.m.<br><br>The shops of Sarzeau are 5 km away.<br>On one side of the Rhuys Peninsula, the lively port of Crouesty, the thalasso and spa and its shops are 15 km away.<br>On the other side, Vannes and its historic centre are 20 km away.
