Please be aware that we have a strict no party policy. While our house is able to host large groups, we expect you to treat this home respectfully and obey all house rules (no smoking, no excessive noise, no outside guests, and clean up after yourselves).

The neighborhood's watch will call the police if there is report of disturbance.

We will charge the appropriate amount after your stay if additional cleaning is required, evidence of smoking in the house is found, or damage is done to the house. Thank you in advance!

The property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the apartment. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss. We use this monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the listing.
