MH156A Hickory Lane..3b/2bd, sleeps 6 .. Deborah McEntire 843-685-2132. Pets are not permitted and linens and towels are not provided. Please bring your own or use a rental company ... Please also bring your own paper products ...(paper towels , toilet paper, paper plates, clothes detergent ). Step into this very up to date 5 year old home, located on the swash close to the South Gate, 2 queen size beds, 2 twin beds in bunk style...all up to date appliances , dishwasher, master bath shower only ,guest bath , tub/shower combination , lots of windows, sliding glass doors in master bedroom to the deck, Flat screen tv's in all rooms, front load washer and dryer, upper deck is great for relaxing, family time watching the turtles, ducks and geese .. gate to keep the little ones in..... gas grill, complementary golf cart , not guaranteed means ...if someone gets a ticket from Ocean Lakes security the golf cart will need to be removed from the property for a year ...... and there will be no golf cart available...

Departure cleaning fee is included in the Vrbo price. The cost for 7 night stay during peak season is $200 .....During off season the cost for 7 night stay is $185 ....5 nights are less is $150 .....

Be prepared to pay an entrance fee of $12 to $15 per night per vehicle to Ocean Lakes before you arrive to the park ...This is paid directly to Ocean lakes...... NOT included in the Vrbo price....

Love the property, the property manager Debra and the home were very clean with modern amenities. Great location and the decks were awesome. We spent most of our time (when home) on the deck. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect getaway

Our host was amazing! The house was updated and very clean. The bathrooms were really nice, we enjoyed breakfast on the porch, and the amenities were great. Great family getaway! We will be back!

Husband and I along with our friends spend Memorial Day weekend here and it was everything we needed! Best friend had her baby moon, husband and I velour first wedding anniversary and our other friends were there for celebrating!

We have been to Ocean Lakes for years and this has been one of the nicest houses we have stayed at. Our favorite part of the home was the very large covered deck and the location. We had a great time and would rent this house again.

Favorite place in Ocean Lakes!

We have stayed in Ocean Lakes for years, but this property has been my favorite. Check in was simple, and we arrived at 2am! House was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Property Manager was very responsive. We'll definitely consider this property again!

A relaxing vacation on a safe secure site.

Our house was clean and well maintained. The lady that looked after our house was so nice and helpful. She made our stay more enjoyable. Ocean Lakes is a great place for a vacation. Once you stay there you will always want to be there when at the beach. The campground is more peaceful and relaxing than staying in a hotel on the beach.

Nothing short of amazing!

From day one of booking the property Deb was super. She helped with everything and was always responsive within minutes! The property was amazing and very clean. Definitely would recommend this house and property manager!

Fantastic!

This was my favorite house we’ve stayed in at OL. The tile floors, granite countertops, modern kitchen and bathrooms, made it feel like home. It was SO clean. It’s off the beaten path so there’s no traffic. Having Deborah on site was the icing on the cake! She is there to help you with any concerns and more importantly is just such a lovely person! 10 out of 10!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was perfect for our family of 4. The house was super clean and had all the necessary kitchen tools we needed. The kids loved getting up each morning and stepping out on the deck to watch the geese, ducks, and turtles. If you are looking for a location with little to no traffic, this is the spot for you! Perfect all around

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed to cook at the house.. The deck was huge and there was more then enough seating space. We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the fish, ducks and geese… the golf cart was a great addition!!! Deb was really great! She made it very easy for us and communication was great… we will be back next year

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Ocean Lakes is a great little community , we watch out for each other . But we have a mile of beautiful ocean to sit and relax on , we have the sun , warm temps, even our winters are pretty nice .. usually we are in the 50-60's , which is very nice when we have the sun. We are really like 5-15 min. from most anything , great seafood, shopping, shows , you name it and you can find here very close.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

MH156A Hickory Lane is unique because it in kinda a secluded area .. Ocean Lakes is kinda tight with homes and camp sites. So one might be looking for that special place that has a little less noise. That's us. We are on a service road , which is less traveled because most don't go there unless they are staying there so that cuts down on people riding by , we have a small tract of water , where we can watch the wild life , as we sit on our deck . Its a peaceful location after a busy day at the beach .. I hope you will check us out ... You want regret it ...
