Here is a lovely new house, located in L'Épine! It awaits you for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay with family or friends. Very close to the surrounding beaches, you will be able to easily go and relax on the warm sand and dive into the salty water.

Its large terrace will allow you to enjoy breakfast accompanied by fresh air, and you will also be able to gather there to prepare and enjoy grilled food accompanied by a refreshing drink.

Inside, the living space is a soothing corner thanks to its light colours and the wood that dominates. You will find a cosy lounge, where you can relax in front of the TV, then a large table where you can share good meals and moments of conviviality, and finally the American kitchen which is very well equipped. The latter has a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

The house can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to its three bedrooms, the first two are equipped with a large double bed, ideal for couples and the last one has a bunk bed that can accommodate three people (double at the bottom and single at the top).

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the house is equipped with a bathroom, a shower room, an independent toilet, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a plancha and three parking spaces in the driveway.
