Family house - mountain skiing and hiking - Sleeps 7

In need of nature and fresh air? So welcome to the Queyras Regional Natural Park, in the Hautes-Alpes!

Located at an altitude of 1700 meters, our family house is located in the hamlet of La Chalp in Arvieux, at the foot of the famous Col de l'Izoard. It has a private fenced garden, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.

On the ground floor, on one level, our house has an open living space with its equipped kitchen, a bedroom with its own bathroom, toilets, a south-facing veranda and a cellar.
Upstairs, after taking a spiral staircase, you have two bedrooms, a hallway with a dressing room, a bathroom and toilets.
Garden furniture is arranged in the veranda and/or in the garden, depending on the seasons.
The house is heated with electric radiators. An electric meter reading is taken at the entry inventory to raise awareness and thus avoid any untimely overconsumption. (See contract)

Maintenance cleaning is included in the rental.
Household linen (sheets and bath towels) can be rented. You must notify us at the time of booking to reserve it. It will be placed on your beds.
A baby kit (cot, bath, small stool and high chair) is available free of charge upon request at the time of booking.
A rental contract is established at the time of booking.

From the house, and in all seasons, you can take the trails to explore the Arvieux valley, at the foot of the Col de l'Izoard. In winter, it is ideal for alpine skiing with its family ski resort (accessible 5 minutes walk from the house), the Nordic ski area of ​​Arvieux, snowshoeing and many other activities…

Whatever the season, an atmosphere of forest and its landscapes will be there! Enjoy !
