Phoenix East 1503 - Experience relaxation on your next BEACH vacation at this two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom, 1005 sq. ft. condo unit that is located DIRECTLY on the beach and convenient to many restaurants and shopping.

Two (2) parking passes available maximum for this unit. $55 each to be purchased on site. Not included in reservation cost.

Phoenix East 1503 provides gorgeous views of the Gulf from its private balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows. Watch the boats come through the Pass while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail! This unit comes fully furnished and sleeps up to 9 people. The Master bedroom has a King bed, HDTV, and a private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has twin over full bunk bed along with a full-size bed and a HDTV. The unit also includes a side-by-side washer/dryer and a fully functional kitchen so you can live in comfort while on your Orange Beach vacation!

Phoenix East is located in the heart of Orange Beach and is just minutes from Gulf Shores and Perdido Key. Phoenix East has all the amenities you look for in a condo complex, including: indoor and outdoor pools, a Splash Pad for the little ones, hot tubs, sauna, racquetball, basketball, and tennis courts, and an exercise room!

Amenities at this complex include: Indoor Heated Pool, Indoor Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Grilling Area, Gym, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Shuffle Board.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes available maximum for this unit. $55 each to be purchased on site. Not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Disappointing trip
I've never had such a horrible experience with a vacation rental and I have stayed in them for years across various organizations . You are not dealing with a person here. You are dealing with a huge company that does not have time for you. Marijuana smell permeated this rental and I was told by beach ball properties to call the police. Beach ball properties also entered without giving me a warning when I asked for them to do so when there was an issue with the toilet. They are rude and addressed nothing. When I called them they told me that I was threatening them. I was not threatening but I did state that I would need to contact someone about the poor experience. I feel sorry for the person that owns this as I doubt they are alerted to the issues with their rental that they are subcontracting out to beachball.

Best views we’ve had of the beach and Perdido pass. Condo was somewhat outdated but nice. Had a great stay !

Condo was clean. Check in was easy and on time. We did have to report the curtain rod being broken. The refrigerator needs to be replaced because it doesn't close all the way unless you push extremely hard. Overall those are small things. It was a great time.
