One bedroom apartment and a living room that can be turned into another twin bedroom (up to 4 persons), 42 sqm, top level floor, completely renovated apartment in the centre of Old town Dubrovnik with an amazing skyline view on the ancient city and walls.
Despite its central location, the flat is very peaceful and quiet, but keep in mind that there are steps to reach it. The climb is well worth it in the end, when you see the view from our windows. Small price to pay!
The 6 windows provide full light and air all day.
The views from this apartment will make you fall in love with Dubrovnik forever. The apartment takes the whole top floor of the house. It's high position and windows on all sides allow a lot od daylight and a lovely breeze throughout the day. When the breeze is not enough, there is always ACC!
Some windows face the famous terracotta roofs of the Old City, some face the untamed neighbouring garden, some look onto a quiet street and the museum Rupe with a small fountain at the end, some look at the fort of Minceta, the biggest fort of the City walls..all in all you can spend hours just soaking in the Mediterranean atmosphere.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and another room designed as a living room but the 2 sofas are easily turned into two comfortable single beds.
When renovating the house we made sure it did not lose any of its original charm, so some stone walls have been left exposed, wooden floors have been left in their original, just treated and painted, but we know how important sleep is so the beds have great mattress with memory foam and good pillows, topped with quality linen.
Kitchen has all one needs to prepare a lovely meal if occasionally you do not feel like going to one of many interesting restaurants.
Apartment is non smoking. There are local residents and apartments for tourists around us, so we ask our guests to be considerate towards others and not make excessive noise after hours, also to look after our apartment as best as they can and not to move furniture or objects in the apartment. We also ask that you wash all the dishes before departure.
Apartment can only be rented as a whole unit, to one party of guests.
Our space is limited so WE CAN NOT STORE YOUR LUGGAGE, but there is a luggage storage very close to our house.
