Muttontown is its own best attraction, and a leisurely walk through its historic neighborhoods is the best way to get acquainted with this pleasant little Village of Muttontown. We can ensure we deliver pre-negotiated rates specifically for travel needs! The property is fully-furnished. We also accept short term leases or Rentals for a week.

This home offers 6 bedrooms to choose from with a King bed in the larger room. One of the master bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom with a vanity & a stand up shower. Two other bedrooms are complete with Queen sized beds and the kid friendly room offers twin over twin bunk beds. All the rooms offer added storage space with closets & dressers to allow you to unpack & relax as well as comfortable mattresses & high-quality linens. The kids room also has some fun toys & stuffed animals!

The second shared bathroom is complete with a large vanity & a tub/shower combo. Hotel quality towels are provided for your stay.

Living Space:
When you walk into the home you will be greeted by 1 of 2 living spaces in the home. The first one has a cozy couch & a retro chair complete with a smart TV. The whole group can gather around for a movie or catch up on your favorite shows.

The second living space offers an open concept from the dining room. This area is complete with a beautiful bright Tall windows, a mid-century modern design with a leather couch & the dining area with seating for up to 8 people at a time.

The kitchen overlooks the second living area and is fully equipped with everything needed during your stay. There is a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, all common countertop appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dish-ware, & utensils needed for your stay.

Outside:
The backyard is where are the fun & games are hiding! Come and cool off in your very own private pool and Hot Tub or relax under the covered patio in the outdoor living space. You can also enjoy a meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table with seating for up to 8 people together. There is lots of entertainment for the whole group with darts, giant Jenga, & corn hole in the backyard as well. A propane grill is available for you to use during your stay.

Up front you will be greeted by a lovely Circular Driveway with parking for up to 12 cars in the driveway.

LIRR ( Long Island Railroad - Direct Train to MSG manhattan Penn Station - 3 minutes away from the house, which takes you into Manhattan within 40 minutes.

AMENITIES:
We provide laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, water filter, paper towels & trash can liners.

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING:
There is a plenty of parking space!

Our home is located in the Village of Muttontown, THE GOLD COAST. It's about a 5 minute drive to the local town centre.

INTERNET:
The house has reliable Internet.

You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Garden, spacious backyard, fully fenced, lounge chairs, LARGE in-ground Swimming Pool, Hot tub, Gazebo, Basketball Court - available for you to enjoy!

Beach, State Park and Trails within 10 Minutes of Home.
BEDS:
Our Large 6 bedroom and 6 bath Villa will be equipped with queen/king size beds, furnitures for your belongings, and a spacious closet.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.

SECURITY:
A Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security and Outdoor Cameras located around the house. NO cameras inside the property.

We will also be requesting additional identification/security deposit/background check before confirming your reservation.

Other things to note:
The home has Security Cameras located all around the outside of the house. No Cameras inside the House.

No smoking
Quiet hours begin at 9 pm

Upon making the reservation, we require a secondary ID check to make sure it is really you staying at the property. We will need a simple selfie with you and your ID.
